So let's start with the right hand, I'm playing a D chord with my left hand and I'm playing
_ my thumb on the fourth [C] string _ and _ _ then the thumb is going to alternate _ with the third
[G] string.
_ _ [C] So I'm playing fourth string, _ third string. _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ Then in between each of those thumb
beats I'm going to play a stroke, first with my index finger, on the second, _ _ _ _ _ and then the
thumb again, and then middle finger.
_ So I'm alternating thumb, index, thumb, middle.
