Asher Belsky, [B] [E] shout out to you.
_ So, [Abm] this young man plays really good and he's phrasing [Bb] and who do you like?
What are the guitar players you listen to?
Well, I started out being influenced.
I started out when I was five.
George Harrison was my hero.
That's a very good choice.
But then I was just playing chords and then I went to boarding school in Montana.
But then when I came back, I live in San Francisco _ and I got a new guitar teacher named T.
Saberlin.
And he got me interested in the blues.
And now my heroes are Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix, Buddy Guy, BB King, Johnny Lang.
_ Good. _
And [N] I just_
You ever hear of Little Milton?
You know Little Milton?
No.
He was another guy.
He died recently, but he was a great guitar player.
He was really terrific.
[E] And you like Joe Bonamassa at all?
I haven't really gotten into [Ab] Joe Bonamassa yet.
Well, you should, because Joe is terrific and he'll probably [G] be here next week sometime.
I know he's getting back in off tour.
And I just want to say you sound really good.
Joel, I heard Joel [A] before he ever [Gb] played one note on the drums.
And I would like to say that [A] he's just as good now as that day [E] that he first looked at [Bm] a drum set.
_ _ [Bb] So_
Is that a compliment [Ab] or a nod?
It's just a fact.
We love Joel, but Joel is an acquired taste here.
We got to give him his [A] due.
And Joel, [Bb] you actually kept [A] the beat almost_ _ _ _
[Bb] I want you to do me one favor, Joel.
Count to four, because I know you can make it to three.
I'm just not sure if you can make it to four.
_ _ Let me hear you.
One, two, three, and four.
See?
There [E] you go.
_ [G] _ _ _ _ Alright.
[B] _ _ _ _ That's why I was trying to get away from you.
Stop!
Stop, stop.

Yeah, San Francisco.
Good.
Well, whoever you're studying with, keep going and you sound really [A] good.
And your phrasing is really good.
And keep working on it.
[Bbm] Thank you.
You sing, too?
Yeah, but not [A] right now.
I have a cold.
Alright.
Well, we're [N] not going to ask you to sing until the next time you come down.
Sure.
