_ _ _ Well, this is the Alesis SR-16 drum machine, _ 24-bit stereo.
_ It's got _ 12 pads where you can assign different sounds to each one _ _ with dynamic articulation. _
The samples are stereo and also got _ _ preset patterns.
It comes with some instructions like this quick start bonus manual which are in different languages. _ _ _ _
_ Also comes with an Alesis SR-16 sound card _ _ with different sounds you can assign to each pad. _ _ _ _ _
_ _ As well, here goes the rhythms assigned to each pattern. _ _
_ And if you've been hanging around with the drum machine for a while, _ _ you may want to
go back to the factory settings.
_ _ For that, you need to shut down the machine.
Then _ _ you have to hold the play and release buttons _ for a while, maybe 3 or 4 seconds. _ _ _
Then you open the unit again _ and _ there you go. _ _ _
_ _ _ Well, one basic operation is playing patterns.
_ For that, you want to make sure you are on the pattern mode.
You select pattern with this button that says Pattern Sound. _
You shake on the screen, it says Pattern. _ _
And you also want to be in the preset mode.
You use this button that says Preset User. _ _ _
Now it's preset.
_ And then with these arrows here, you can choose _ the rhythm.
You can see it says Rock 2, Rock 3, Rock 4.
I choose Rock 3 this time.
And with those buttons, you can set the tempo.
You speed up or you speed it down. _ _

So we hit play and the drum will start to go. _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ Now, when we hit the bottom fill, it will do a transition. _ _
_ _ _ _ And change from the rhythm A to the rhythm B. _ _ _ _
We hit the fill bottom again, we go back to the A rhythm with a transition as well.

_ Here we have changed a little bit, but now we are again in the A pattern.
_ You also can hit the fill _ and hit the A button so you don't go to the B pattern
but you remain on the A pattern.
