of songs that we

and recorded when we were in
different towns [C] like New York.
Different [Em] cities like New York and Cornwall [Am] and Australia.

[Am] there was no [Em] plan or any
sort of [Am] _
outline
of how we'd go about [Em] doing it.
It all sort of fell into place
and [Am] it became a record.
You know.

And now [Em] we're playing the songs
and [Am] it's cool.

So much [A] of it was written _
during our time in [E] California
and then recorded
in our time [Am] in New [Em] York
so [Am] there's lots of lyrics
that reference places that we've been
[C] in America and places
we [G] sort of fell in love and fell [Am] in love
with people or the specific landscape and
_ [B] so yeah, [Gb] I think
coming back and playing the shows [Eb] here is really
nice [Am] because [C] we're seeing these people
again [G] and seeing these places and

you know, [A] and building
[C] a kind of a life [Am] here
you know and
it's a place I think we both
are really connected [C] to. _ _ _ _ _ _
