Hey, it's Andrew from Guitar Salon, and today I have the rare opportunity to showcase three iconic guitars built by three of the most
influential Spanish makers from the last 200 years.
An 1864 Antonio de Torres built the same year as Turega's favorite Torres from the first epoch, number 17.
A 1925 Santos Hernandez, who as you may know built the famous 1912 Manuel Ramirez that was owned and played by Segovia.
And a 1926 Domingo Esteso, who actually worked alongside Santos Hernandez in the Manuel Ramirez shop.
It's not every day we have three guitars of this caliber in our salon at one time.
So we thought it'd be a great opportunity to compare the differences and the similarities of each instrument.
And it also gives me an excuse to play some great guitars.
