[Am] The thing why we chose to form the group from the beginning was like we just wanted to have
like _ somewhere to be free and express all the music we [D] really wanted to play.
_ [N] And we didn't know what to play so we just said, yeah, let's _ just take one top 40 song
and just do our thing to it.
And _ _ ever since that first time, with the first arrangement of the first song, it kind of
still [Gb] sounds the same actually.

Yeah, we [D] didn't have any plan to do anything on YouTube.
[E] We just, [Am] we had [D] in 2010 when we put up our first YouTube video, we hadn't, _ we didn't have a simple gig or anything.
We [Bm] just, we had to rehearse [G] just because [Gbm] we had fun.
It was the only, [Bm] that's [B] the only reason why we had it.
And then we said, yeah, maybe we should try to get a gig.
It would be fun.
But we didn't know how to get a gig.
Yeah, let's just record a video and put it up on YouTube and try to get a gig or two.
_ But [F] _ [A] things [B] turned out a little bit different than we thought.
[D] We thought that we could talk to [G] Booker and then send him the link so he could watch the _ [B] video, but it, _ _ yeah.
We _ didn't chase any gigs.
It turned out that people, [Ab] it really got [Gb] viral and people [Cm] sharing it on Facebook and stuff.
So we just, _ _ we [F] just did it by [Cm] itself.

Just Dance was the first video we put up.
And it was, it kind of, _ [N] yeah, it got some views, _ absolutely.
But it was when we put up Baby, [D] and that was after we had signed with David Foster.
_ _ I remember, _ _ _ Henry, or was it me, maybe, some of us, we were calling each other on the night.
Because [C] YouTube is like, they don't update every views.
It's [G] like, you know, it comes to like 300 and [Abm] it stays still for [Eb] 24 [Bb] hours.
_ So, [Eb] _ and we were expecting maybe, I don't know, it would be nice to have like [Bbm] 20,000 views or something.
[Eb] And I remember just like after 16 hours it was something up [Ab] to, I don't [Ebm] remember, 120 [Bb],000 or something [Eb] like that.
And we were like, what?
_ _ There must be something wrong.
_ But, yeah, it was accurate.
So, it was, that was great.
So then we understood that we _ really had a [Dm] _ strong fan base, people that really liked what we did.
[Bb] And then [Gm] at that point I really think we [G] took the step from being, you know, just a hobby [Cm] project to get more [Dm] serious.
And not just working when we felt [Bb] to do it.
[Eb] We really started [D] working, how do you say, _ more [Eb] frequently with it.
