What's going on everybody?
This is Josue Avila and welcome to basic vocal training number two
[B] [Bbm]
[B] [Ab] So if you haven't seen [B] part one of basic vocal training
I [Bbm] invite for you guys to go [Abm] check that one out before continuing with this [B] one
And if you have we're gonna continue with these other vocal [Ab] warm-ups now feel free to do [B] this in your car while you're driving Basically anywhere
[Abm] But you're gonna get the best [Ab] results when you're actually standing up and when you're actually in a place where you're about to be ready
To sing whether it's [Gb] a church whether it's in a concert [E] or anywhere.
So here we [Db] go
[A] So this particular warm-up is good for controlling your voice and it's gonna go like this
I have my piano right here.
And what we're gonna do is we're gonna sing.
Yeah
So we're gonna start on a low note and we're gonna jump up to a higher note an octave higher
That big jump is actually gonna teach us how to control our voices.
A lot of people don't really
Have that that much control to to hit that low note and then to hit that higher note right on point
So that's the purpose of this vocal exercise is vocal control.

Don't forget to [B] click the link on the bottom to try out the vocal [Bbm] zone throat [B] past the lips
