Bleeding Through - Making Love Will Kill All #2 (OFFICIAL VIDEO) chords
Start Jamming...
[B] Die, wicked, [G] fucking bad boy!
I'll be your avenger in the shower this [F#] time!
You'll have to-
The reason why I want to get back together with my band Bleeding Through,
I [Gm] mean, personally, I never really feel [F#] like it left me.
And when we kind of set out to do those last shows,
[G] I always knew there was going to be another chapter in this band.
I refuse to believe that after 15 years of being a band that that was just it.
[G#] [F#] I'm Andy Kenny, I'm working on the new Bleeding Through album.
Yeah, [G] so right now all we've been doing is randomly coming down.
We've been just hanging out, just jamming, getting riffs down.
[C#m]
[G]
A lot of people are going to kind of question the [B] motives for coming back [G] to do this band.
And really, it's a simple motive.
We love playing shows together, and we love writing music together, and kind of creating together.
So the reason why I want to do it is because, you know, that last couple tours we [Bm] did,
I knew that the [D#] band was going to be different when it came [F#] back.
Because everybody in the band [Bm] has lives now.
[Gm] Careers, jobs, just what have you.
Other [D] obligations in life.
And that's what was happening to this band anyway.
And [Am] [F#] we really couldn't adjust to being a full-time band with all of those obligations in our life.
[Gm] Just life happened, you know, [B] kids and whatnot.
[Bm] It just, life happens.
[F#]
We're kind of just piecing [G] it together piece by piece, [A] before we actually commit [G] to a finished track.
Which is working out pretty good.
[A]
[F#m] There's like [G] 25 songs right now.
[N]
Yeah, that's it.
Because I was hearing like,
I don't mind, I'm like, fuck, I definitely [A#] don't mind.
I definitely don't mind.
[F#]
[B]
[Bm] [Gm]
[G] [B] [Bm] As [Gm]
[F#] far as what Blooding Through is kind of doing now, I feel [F#] the vibe.
[Gm] It's kind of funny, because [B] people will say, you know,
we're trying to take a little bit from [A#] each record.
And I feel [B] naturally that's going to kind of happen.
But there's [F#] two records that I loved and hated in this band.
And the record that I disliked the most is The Truth.
And the reason why I disliked that record is because the circumstances of how [G#] we recorded that record.
The songs are exactly how we wanted to write them.
But I just feel [C] on that record, they didn't come across that way.
And I feel when we play those songs live, you can really [B] feel what those songs really are about.
I feel like live they're just better songs.
On the flip side, the next record, Declaration, is my favorite.
I feel like those two records are really the heart and soul of what Blooding Through was.
And those are the middle ones.
Those are the ones that were like in the middle of our career.
I feel like that's the heart.
And when people hear this record, I feel like they're going to feel everything from me.
I feel like the [F#] feeling that I've felt so far from these songs is everything from those records.
All the feelings and all the emotions.
[Cm] I feel like at that point of the band, that's when we were the [B] most in it.
And I feel like we're going to pull the feelings that we had then out and put them on this record.
It's just going to be dark and it's going to be heartfelt [G#] and it's going to be [B] passionate.
And it's going to be heavy.
[Gm] And who knows?
I mean, you might [N] have emotions that I'm not even thinking about just by listening.
But I feel, [G#]
nevertheless, I feel like this record is going to pull emotion out of people.
