[Cm] Well, how's everybody [Gm] doing this afternoon?
[C] My goodness, it's hot out here today.
A lot better than all that rain we [Am] were getting, right?
Well, folks, [C] my name is Johnny Hila from Merritt [D] Field Tennessee.
I'm so proud to be here today.
And before we [F] get going, [Gm] I first want to give, I want [C] everyone to give Jimmy Waltz a big round of applause for putting a great touch of blood to his arm.
[F] [Gm] That's right.
Now, folks, I tell you what, I love the fact that y'all love guitar and that y'all here.
This is just such a wonderful time.
It's one of my favorite times [Eb] of the entire year.
So we're going to try to give you the best show we [C] can without sweat to death up here.
And before [F] we get going, I want to introduce the boy in the band to you.
[C] Over here on the guitar, folks, on my left, y'all's right, is the newest member of the Johnny Hila band.
And this guy is amazing.
And he actually is a special player in Nashville.
He's played on record with Tim McGraw and Bradley Gilbert.
God, all kinds of artists.
He played with Engelbert.
And, God, he played, he even played with Dave Matthews, for God's sake, man.
This guy is just amazing.
He's my little brother from another mother giving up for brother Mike Durham on the guitar.
[Cm]
Oh, man.
[D] And, folks, [Gm] up here, this big tall drink of water on the bass guitar, folks, this man [C] is a Canadian fella from Toronto, Canada,
who lived in L.A. for [Cm] a while, and now he has a Nashville transplant.
We're [C] real proud to have him.
And I picked him up, and I'm glad I did, because I love the way this boy plays a mean five-string bass.
So give it up, if you would, for brother TJ Armstrong [Bb] on the bass guitar.
[C] Hey, TJ, give him a little of that clapping stuff that you do there, man.
That's fun.
[G] [C]
[B] [C] [A]
[Eb] [G] [C] Yeah, folks, that's TJ right there, y'all.
[N] [G] That boy can play now.
Now, folks, back here on the drums, [Bb] this man is a D.C. native.
[Ab] And, man, he played with everybody up in the D.C. area, all the jazz cats up there,
and Roy B.
Cannon, all the Danny Gatner and stuff.
And he's a [C] Nashville boy now, too, and I'm glad I had him.
Give a big Dallas Guitar Show welcome for brother Bruce Guthrie.
[B]
[C]
[D] [C] Oh, that's brother Bruce right there.
[C] And, yes, I guess everybody knows who I am here.
[B] [G] Of course, I'm so thrilled to be here, and, man, [Cm] what a beautiful voice.
[F] So, folks, we're going to play you some songs [C] off the All Fired Up album, a couple off the Loud and Proud album,
and, folks, we have a re-release of Loud [B] and Proud coming out [Gb] next month.
And then at the end of the summer, our brand new record [Eb] called Standin' Strong is coming.
So y'all stay tuned, all [C] right?
Y'all ready to have some fun or what?
Well, I am, too, man.
Oh, man.
[Gm] How about you, boys?
Y'all ready?
[C] Let's do this thing.
A one, [B] two, you know what to do.
