Alright, so let's learn the song portion as opposed to the lick.

And let's get right into the song.
It's all based off of a D chord.
_ And if [Dm] we take our middle finger off of the D chord, we have a D add 9.
And that, it _ _ adds that kind of airy, moody feeling to the chord.
And we need a little [C] lick.
We pull on the third fret of the A, _ [D] _ then the open D, _ [F] then third on D with a little nudge.
[Dm] _ _ [Am] And then, [Dm] _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ [Dm] _ _ _ _
_ then _ _ _ _ _ the [N] progression. _ _ _ _ _
