Oh, okay.
One of [B] the things that we read in the interview was that
[Ab] you once were a [F] preacher's son, and then you pointed well to the wrong church, [Em] which was really weird.
[N] _ Do you think it's a reaction _ to the multiplication, or is it a pushback to the result?
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ [Eb] _ _ _ _ _
A_
idea, so_
So a lot of that is going to show up in [N] the_
_ _ in my philosophy. _
_ _ _ _ _ I try not to push it back.
_ _ _ _ Yeah, and it's funny, because throughout life it [Bb] changes, too.
Like my relationship with my father, _ _ [Db] _ _ [D] _ _ _
_ [Bb] _ _ [N] and_
It's a _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
return _ process, and then you still get along really well, and while disagreeing, ultimately. _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ Can you share a little bit more about the time between your interviews, before you went to high school, and now? _ _ _ _
_ Do you want to answer that one first?
No.
You haven't been talking.
_ Those questions for you. _
I have a great relationship with my dad. _ _
Have you loved every second of high school?
Actually, yeah, I do. _ _
_ I still feel like I'm in high school. Do you? _ _
_ Yeah, I guess_ _ _ _
_ _ It was_
During high school, one of the major themes for me was the struggle of the church was always there.
And I tried to get into it and be a part of it, because there were a lot of [Dbm] beliefs that I [D] did disagree with,
and [N] there's a lot of good that came from it, but there was a lot of the negative side that I couldn't quite make sense of.
And _ _ a lot of my friends in high school, who I saw believed very different things and lived very different lives, with very different philosophies,
they were great people, and they were wonderful, and _ _ seeing each [E] other's dating and judging, [Eb] and choosing their philosophies,
[D] and then saying, oh, my way is so much better, especially when I realized that in high school,
I'm like, _ this is all I know, _ _ life that I've really seen.
_ And James was a huge help. _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ [Eb] So, getting out of high school and leaving my parents' church was a step in that direction. _ _ _
[N] _ _ _ _ _ And I tried to study and read books on different religions,
_ but even just everyday, _ _ meeting different people, _ _ [N]
taking that into consideration,
and sort of forming your own views and your own beliefs. _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
So, it's definitely changed my _
_ [Eb] mindset and my view. _ _ _ _
