[A] Hello friends!
Hi!
I'm so [D] happy to see you!
Welcome [B] back to another Miss Nina Weekly Sing-Along
video.
I'm Miss [G] Nina from MyMissNina.com, and today we're getting ready to do a silly
song.
Do you have any silly friends out there?
Let me check.
If you [N] like to be silly
Can
you wiggle your ears for me like this?
Whoa, I see some silly people out there!
Well, this
song is called On Top of Spaghetti, and it's what happened one day when someone was eating
their spaghetti and somebody sneezed.
And as you can see, today I have the ukulele!
It's been a while since I played the ukulele, so I thought this would be a fun song to do
that.
[F#] So, [F] uh, let me [C] make sure it's all ready.
Oh, it's ready!
So we're going to sing [D] On
Top of Spaghetti.
It's a silly story, and you'll get to learn it, and you can sing [B] along
with me as many times as you'd like.
You can watch this video over and over and over again.
Alright, ready?
Here we go.
On [F] top of spaghetti, all covered with [C] cheese, I lost [F] my poor meat
bomb.
When [C] somebody sneezed, ah-choo!
It rolled off [F] the table and [C] onto the floor.
And then
[F] my poor [B] meatball rolled right [B] out the door.
It [F] rolled in the garden and [C] under a bush.
And then my [Dm] poor meatball was [C] nothing but mush.
The mush [F] was so tasty, as tasty [C] could be.
And then the [Dm] next summer, it grew [C] into a tree.
The [F] tree was all covered, all [Am] covered with
[C] moss.
[D] And on it grew meatballs and tomato [C]
sauce.
So [F] if you like spaghetti, all [C] covered with
cheese, hold on to [D] your meatball whenever [C] you [B] sneeze.
Ah-choo!
Isn't that a funny song?
So yes, you'll definitely want to hold on to your meatball [N] if you ever sneeze while
you're eating spaghetti and meatballs, because the craziest things could happen.
Thank you
so much for singing along with me today.
That was so much fun.
