Okay, here is our second warm-up video.
We're going to start by just stretching for a minute.
Go ahead and reach up to the sky. _ _ _ _
Okay, stretch to one side. _ _ _
Other side. _ _ _ _ _
Bring your shoulders down, around and back.
_ Roll them. _ _
_ Other direction. _ _ _ _
_ Like in the first video, find your center position. _

Now an exercise we're going to do to help relax our shoulders is the downhill skiing exercise.
Okay, so go ahead and spread out a little bit.
You may need a little more room.

So you're going to go like this and just throw your arms and bend over as far [Db] as is comfortable.
Don't hit your head on the chair in front of you. _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ Feel all the blood go into your fingertips.
