Hello singers, this next warm-up video is for female singers.
Males could use it as well in your own range.
Enjoy.
Alright, please stand.
Okay, everybody look to the sky.
And then take your hands and just stretch up the back of your neck.
Very nice.
Now just turn your head.
And like this.
Very good.
Roll your shoulders.
Good.
Now we're just going to hang at the waist and just stretch the hamstrings a little bit.
While you're down there, take a deep breath.
Okay?
Here we go.
Put your feet about shoulder width apart.
Now when you stand up, and let the back of your head reach to the sky.
And turn again.
Now, just go ahead and breathe through your nose and out through your mouth.
It'll take about 15 [G] seconds just to clear our minds and open up.
Now, if you should feel cold air hitting the back of your throat,
and then breathe out through your mouth.
Ready?
Okay.
