He passed away at a hospital in Casper, Wyoming.

Chris left a lasting impression [Eb] on two different fields.
[E] Raised in Austin, Texas, Chris LeDoux began his rodeo and music career as a teenager.
A bareback riding champion, Chris' music reflected the cowboy culture.
[Em] Early on, he sold his tapes at rodeos, developing a loyal fan base.
And those experiences propelled him to [E] success in both arenas.
When [A] you get on a horse, everything's just still.
