[D] [A] [E]
[D] That's right, we're at Margaritaville.
And this is the headquarters of all the Margaritavilles.
[G] How many are there now?
[A] 14, 18 of them?
But [D] everybody wants to come and see us.
All the faces, [G] all the faces, [A] what the hell are you [D] doing here?
[Bm] About 90% of our show [F#m] is Jimmy Buffett.
[G] Anything from [A] Margaritaville, Fins, [G] Pirate Looks at 40.
But then we throw [D] in some crazy things, you know, like [A] thank God the Tiki Bar is open.
[D] So we try to bring in a little of [G] the weird along with the [D] hits that everybody expects.
[A] Well, a long time ago, [D] well a long time ago, when it came out, the [G] book came out, Pirate [D] Looks at 50.
And I read [A] that book, I've been familiar with Buffett of [E] course, pretty much made that book my [D] Bible.
You know, I've read it probably 7, 8, 10 times.
You know, I knew Margaritaville growing [G] up.
And I knew [A] Cheeseburger in Paradise.
[D] But then you start to dig deep and you get Pirate Looks at 40, [G] the last mango in Paris.
[A] And these songs [Bm] really strike a chord in people.
You know, the lower the latitude, the better the [F#m] attitude.
I could really [G] relate to that.
And that's [A] what we just did.
We came down from Lexington, [G] Kentucky.
We changed our [D] latitude.
And these guys here, [A] we've definitely changed our attitude, right?
[D] So, and that's what [G] we hope to do tonight.
Our band is [D] all about selling smiles.
You [A] know, we want everybody to have a good [D] time.
We want to make people [G] feel like the latitude's changed, [D] so their attitude is definitely changed.
[A] We're [G] going to Argos.
[A] I said [D] hey!
[E] [A] I grew up playing guitar.
Then I read that [E] book and here I am.
And this has led such a great path.
Like down [A] in Mississippi, we're playing the casinos down there where we got the open and put the Beach Boys.
[D] We've only been together 3 years.
[E] We got [A] to headline the main stage at the [E] Casa Marina for the Meeting of the Minds.
The [A] first song we wrote doing this is a song called [A] Flip Flops and Bottle Tops.
And it's about going to a Jimmy Buffett [D] concert.
Have you all ever been to a [A] Jimmy Buffett concert?
It's wild.
[D] And at the end of the concert, you know, if you walk out of the [Em] lawn,
you walk out and you see all these flip flops and bottle tops [A] flying around.
Other songs that we have on there, Palm Tree [D] Paradise.
Then we [A] threw some covers in there, some odd ones.
Like the Bay City [E] Rollers' Saturday Night.
It's a real fun [A] CD.
Got a lot of cool [E] percussion and a lot [A] of good pop rock in it.
[D]
[E] Our party never ends.
