Okay, God bless everybody welcome to piano for beginners.
I'm actually gonna be showing a little advanced video today
So for those of you that don't some of the piano this is gonna be really helpful
I'm gonna be playing in the key of G major
that's G
B and
D and on the left hand I'm playing G
[D] I'm gonna be teaching a [G] song called Cristo Yo Te Amo
And I'm gonna play it once through so you guys can learn [Am] it
[C] Cristo Yo [G] Te Amo
Cristo Yo [Em] Te Amo
[E] [D]
No, I know
[C] He [A]
[D]
[Am] said
[G] Yeah
[C]
[G] See you at the [D] new
[Em] Era
[D] See you
[G] [G]
[Am] [D] And you can be
Yo Te Amo
[G] In this song we have a couple chords we have G major
[D] D major which is B
G flat and A and then a G on the top again.
I mean the D on the top again and
we have
[C] C major which most of you already know this chord that I've taught on other videos C
E G and C again
[G] another chord that we use is
[D] This little chord [E] right here is actually E minor and I am taking [G] the basic one five
five one five for the G
If you're doing the G scale, it's on the one and the five of the G [E] and I'm holding the E chord over here
the E note
So just like when you start [G] the song on G
Cristo Yo Te Amo
And then I usually walk it down
[D] So this little walk right here.
I'm playing a D chord in the right hand
And I'm playing G flat on the left hand so I can walk it down to the E again
It go back to [Em] G on the right hand
So [E]
it goes like [G] this
[D]
Then a part that goes
[G] No hay [C] nadie como tu
[C]
That jumps from C major to [Am] a
C major on the right hand and two A's on the left hand
so that gives you the A minor in between and then when you go back up I'm
[D] playing a D and
an A on the left hand and C [C] on the right hand
[G] So all together so far we have this
Cristo Yo Te Amo
Cristo Yo [Em] Te Amo
[G] No hay [C] nadie como [Am] tu
[G] Jesus
The song does that again in between before you start it over I use this [C] chord again
Y no se donde [G] estuvieras
[C]
[D] That's the D on the right hand on the left [Am] hand and the C on the right hand
[G]
That right there is moving
the D [Em] up to the E and
the B [Cm] up to the C
[Am] Y no se donde [G]
estuvieras
Si yo a ti no te [Em] tuviera
[D] And I use that a lot this little riff it goes G [G] flat G
[D] D
[G] [D]
you can use that during the whole song if you need [G] to
You can do it backwards you take the D and bring it down an octave and [E] [G]
[D] [Bm] [G] then when I can sing the song
But using the [G] keys
Y no se [E] donde estuviera
[G]
[C] And [G] still play those extra riffs
Si yo a ti [D] no te [Em] tuviera
[A] [Am]
[D] Adios [G] que me amaba
[Am] [G]
[Bm] [Em]
[G]
[A] [Am] [D]
[G] [G] God
