[C] [D]
[B] [D]
I love this [G] song, In Jesus' [E] Name.
I love [B] that Israel and I were just [D] talking a lot about worship [G] songs and how do we write
these [E] songs for the church going forward that would [D] give us such a great declaration of our faith.
And [G] my life, like many of [Em] your lives, has been hit by cancer and people in our immediate
[Bm] family that have lost their lives.
[D] And I'm like, God, you said greater things we would do in Jesus' [Em] name.
And so I've been [D] just studying that and looking at that and Israel and I are talking about
that and we're [G] like, okay, so [Em] let's write a bold declaration that will really [Bm] help people
[D] such as us declare the name of Jesus over [G] every situation.
That's where In Jesus' [E] Name has come from.
And so [D] again, you get to the chorus that says, and I will live and not die.
[G] You know, if we're going to [Em] believe it, hey, then we better, it's good to [Bm] sing it.
I will live and not die.
The [D] resurrection power of Christ [G] alive in me [Em] and I am free in Jesus' name.
And when we get to the bridge, [D] you know, it's pretty exciting because again, you see people
getting [A] fired up in their spirit.
God is [G] fighting for us, pushing back the [D] darkness, lighting up the kingdom [Bm] that cannot be shaken
in the [C] name of Jesus, the enemy's [G] defeated and we will shout it out, [D] shout it out.
That's in Jesus' name.
You know, don't [Am] allow the enemy to keep you small and push you [A] back and dictate to you
[G] the terms and conditions of your life.
[E] You know, I encourage you to get back [Bm] into the word and get, I don't know, fine tuned
on what the Bible [G] says that is the authority that we have in [Em] Christ.
And let's use [Bm] it.
Let's sing it.
Let's stand in it.
Let's live [C] in this way.
[G] And you know, who knows what's going to happen.
But [D] I do know that the time is urgent.
There is a whole lot of people on the earth that need victory in Jesus' name.
Sing it well.
Sing it with authority.
Amen.
[Am] [D]
