[D]
But I grew up on the [G] Isle of Man, which is a [A] small Celtic nation [D] between England and Ireland.
Very tiny place.
[G] I grew up with Celtic music [Bb] everywhere.
[C] The sessions in the [D] pubs.
I didn't know if you were applauding the Celtic music or the pubs.
But both [G] [C] certainly deserve it.
[D] [G]
[D] And it wasn't until I heard an Irish blues guitar [G] player called Rory Gallagher.
[D]
I thought, hang on, these two things really fit together.
[G] When he played electric guitar, it was almost like he was playing a jig or a reel, but in the middle of a muddy waters tune.
[D] And that was absolutely mad to me.
And Rory Gallagher is [Bm] the inspiration behind this guitar for me.
It's a 1932 [D] National and similar to the one he played.
Also [Ab] the flannel [D] I'm wearing.
A little tribute to Rory Gallagher.
Another tribute would be this song.
This is actually a Carnegie Bell White King that Rory Gallagher used to play a lot.
I'm going to try [C] and not murder it.
