[Ab] [E] [B]
they do that.
[A] [Gb]
[Ab] Anyway, there's a banjo part in there that's cool.
Dropkick [N] Murphys for ya.
With, uh, forgot the name of the song though.
I'm shipping up to Boston for Vicio Bully.
V-I-C-I-O Bully.
Tune standard for this, I gotta fix my guitar input.
I don't know what the heck's going on with it.
All that crackling, I gotta get it fixed.
So I gotta not move much here.
So no headbanging, I can't.
I'm bummed.
I wanna headbang, I wanna jump off the couch, the Mesa boogie.
I wanna trash things, bust the lights, kick holes in my Mesa cabinet, and I [Ab]
can't.
Click my input jack.
See the things that happen to us guitar players, man, this sucks.
Let's jump into this.
It's a good one for chords, man, for sure.
Open position chords.
E major, 2A, 2D, 1G.
You're gonna hit all six strings.
Two downstrokes, karate chop [E] rest.
Two, three, four.
Two, three, four.
Two, three, four.
You don't wanna go
You wanna make sure you rest in [Ab] between each two.
Then we go to D major.
2E, 3B, 2G.
Take your thumb up and mute the low E.
Don't push it down, just [A] touch it.
You go down, down, up.
And then go down, down, up again over an A major chord.
2D, 2G, 2B.
And do the same thing.
And then [E] start it over.
Three, four, shoot.
Three, four, shoot.
Three, four, [E] shoot.
Okay?
And then back into that.
[A] And then [E] the next part is basically those same chords, but the strumming is different.
Down, down, up, down, up, down, up, down, down, up, down, up.
Okay?
Then we'll switch to the D major, do the same [D] thing.
[A] Back to E [E] major, same thing.
Down, down, up, down, up, down, up.
[E]
And then go back to the D and go down, down, up.
And then [D] switch to A and go down, [Ab] down, up.
So that's the harder part because the transition is quick.
But, a little trick I want to tell you guys with chords [Db] that can work to your advantage.
You don't [Abm] have to do this.
When you play this D and you've got to go down, down, [A] up,
[E] leave your index right [Ab] where you have it if you're playing 2G on it.
And when you switch to A, take your middle finger, move it above it to 2D, third finger to 2B.
So, you only got to move two fingers.
Just a little pointer.
Mess with it, see if you like it.
Some of you may not, some of you may.
But if I don't say, then it's a bad day.
[Abm]
Then we all have to pray.
[Abm] I better stop.
[A]
[E] And then they start all that up again.
[A] [Ab]
[E] [A] [N]
