on this because I think it's something that is also very good as a part of your warm-up
mechanism when you're just trying to practice and you get it set in your head.
It's a good
habit.
And this is playing single stroke rolls at a slow tempo or I should say a single stroke
pattern that goes into a double stroke pattern.
So that's like right left right left right left
right left and then right right left left right right left left and then alternate sticking
right left right left right left right left right left right left triplets.
