This is the first time we've done a front foot record like this

_ _ _ [Am] What we found in fact [A] is when you make a record and then you get good at playing the songs about six months later when
You've toured it.
Whereas this time we saw it six months pretty intensive
It felt like we thought I feel like we're in a sort of hardened state of play [N] even though we haven't been on the road yet _

Maybe like four [G] months before we came here and we like we could play [Bm] them as a group
But then it's like [D] well, let's just play them some more

It's like you get this level [F#] of like play it and then it [E] just gets better
You can play in slightly [G] different

[D] _ You just [A] keep learning the lesson that practice is a [E] freak

_ [D] Actually really liked the way the recording [F#m] session started and really notice it [A] started.
Yeah, cuz we just [E] finished writing

[D] It was like literally finished like a couple of [F#m] days before we came down
So we were [A] just playing that because it was a new song [Bm] and then you're like, all right, yeah, I've [D] been recording it
But what's the next song?
[F#m] And then it was good [G] rather than the being a big kid like right.
[Em] We're gonna start recording the album
