that someone hired me to do a _ transcription of this, but it's from a YouTube link, you
can find it, and [B] I'm just doing that version.
So that's what I'm doing here.
[N] The crowd is pretty loud at the beginning, so I had to do a little guessing on some places,
but I think I'm pretty close on it.
So this is what that is, the intro to that, and we'll be finishing the rest of it, parts
two and three and so forth, on the website.

[G] We start with a G chord on the right hand, and there's actually surprisingly a lot of
left hand here that I never noticed when I heard this recording before, [Cm] so that kind
of [C#] makes it interesting and also adds a little bit of a challenge.
So if this is too difficult for you, just leave out all the left hand notes except the
very first note [E] of each box, and that'll simplify it for you.
[G] Then you just have_ _ _
_ _ [D] _ _ _ [Em] _ And then you can try [F#] to add the filler notes in there, because that makes it more difficult for sure.
Let's go with right hand first on a [G] G below middle C.
Here's a middle C, here's the G we want.
We want to get our fingers on these notes.
Let me show you.
G, B, then up to D here, and then a pinky on G.
So get your hand in that position first, and then you can play this box here.
G, B, D, back down to this G, up to the high G, D, B, G, and it's just straight eighth notes. _ _
_ _ Okay?
Now let's go ahead and [F#] look at the [G#m] next box here on the right hand.
[G#] We have just F sharp on the [F#] thumb, and then go ahead and get this finger [F#m] ready on A, and
get this fourth [D] finger, or your ring finger, on D, and your pinky on F sharp up here.
And then you can play this box.
F sharp, A, D, back down to the F sharp on [F#] the thumb, and then up to the pinky F sharp,
the high one, [D] then D, A, and then the thumb F sharp.
_ _ _ _ Holding your pedal down so the notes sustain.
_ _ Now [F#] let's move down a little more for this E minor chord.
We're going to have E on the [E] thumb down here, and then let's get this finger on a [G] G, this
finger on a [Em] B, and then this pinky finger on an E.
And then we're ready to play this measure here.
E, G, B, back down to low E, up to the high E, and then B, G. _ _ _ _
Okay?
_ _ _ Now let's fit some [Fm] left hand in there now.
We're going to start with a [G] G right here.
[Bm] Here's our middle C, here's the next C, [G] here's the G you want.
And then we're going to go F sharp, G, [F#] A, here's F sharp, this black [G] E, then G, then [B] A. _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ [F#] And here we have an F sharp again, and then B, A, [B] G.
So B, [A] A, [G] G, and then down to a low [E] E, and then back up to B, A, G.
_ All right, now, putting hands together.
Of course, wherever the vertical lines are, where they line up with both hands is where
you play hands together.
If they don't line up, then you don't play them together.
So we play this together. _ _ _ _ _ _
Right after that B, in between, the left [F#] hand comes in with F sharp, and then together [G] here
on the Gs.
And then the left [A] hand plays an A after that.
So that first box will sound [G] like this. _ _ _ _

And of course, when you're going up to speed, it'll be even faster.
Then we're going to have the F sharps together, [D] _ _
_ [F#] _ _ [D] _ and then that left hand B is by [B] itself,
then together [F#m] here, and then the left hand's [G] by itself.
So the second box [F#] will sound like this.

Okay, so this is [Em] together, _ _ _ _ and that left hand B is by itself, [B] then together [E] here,
and then the [G] left hand G is by itself there.

Moving on, we're going to have the same chord that we did here in the right hand.
So keep your hand on the E, D, B, E.
Now let's do the high E first, _ _ _ and then do it again.
_ So just bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum.
Left [E] hand's on the low E, and then up to B, A, G.
So [A] B, B, G, back down [E] to the low E, and then back [B] up to B, [G] A, G.
Now hands together, you have this [E] together.
_ _ [G] _ Left hand comes in [B] between, _ [E] together here.
Left hand comes in [G] between, together. Together.
_ _ _ Right hand [E] together, then the left [G] hand G.
Both hands together on this measure slowly.

So that left hand's going pretty fast there.
Now [Bm] we're going to have [F] an F on the right hand, then an A on here,
the pointer finger C in the middle, and F on the top there.

And then we're just going to low F, C, A, F, and then high F. _

Bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum.
Left hand's on the low F, and then up to [C] a C, and then another C.
Play it together in the right spot, so [F] we have _ right [C] _ _ [F] _ _ _ here,
let's look [E] at the right hand first.
We're going to have the thumb on E, and this finger [G] on G,
ring finger on a C, [C] middle C, and pinky on an E.
And just play the low E, up to C, G, E, and then the high E, C, G, E.
_ _ _ _ Alright, let's look at the left hand.
We're going to have a C here, but let's roll some notes up to [C] it.
Kind of making a brum kind of [A] sound, so A, [Bm] A sharp, B, up [C] to that C, brum,
and then down to the C.
Again, if it's too hard, leave it out, just play the single C
at the beginning of the measure.
And then a low C here, up [G] to a G, [F] down to an F, down [E] to an E.
Hands together on this box, slowly.

[F] _ _ _ [Em] One more time. [C] Okay? _
_ _ _ _ _ [E] _ Okay, so together here, this comes before really [C] quickly.
_ Alright, now, [A] moving on.
We have [G#m] on the right hand, we have, [D] let's see, let's get our thumb on an F sharp,
pointer on an A, this one on a D, and we're going to have D, [F#] F sharp,

well, I'm sorry, let's do it this way, low D on the thumb like this.

We're going to do the higher D, then F sharp, and then A, and then a low D.
Alright, so right here, so I'm here, like I said, we're going to be here instead.

D, this D on the pinky, A, F sharp, and then we're going to reach up for an A up here
and hold it for just another count, and then F sharp, D, A,

And then for this D, we'll just come up here and do a D octave, okay, for that D.
