Start Jamming...
Hey guys, welcome back again to Ken Tamplin Local Academy, where the proof is in the singing.
I did a version of Guns N' Roses, Axl Rose, which is Paradise City,
but I thought it'd be really cool to do a female version of Axl, and we decided to do Welcome to the Jungle.
We'll do it first, we'll talk about it after, like we always do.
Welcome to the Jungle.
Let's rock.
[Bb] [Bbm]
[Ab] [Gb]
[Eb] [Bb]

[Eb] [A]
[Eb] [Db] I [A] wanna watch you bleed.
[Ab] Welcome to the jungle, we take it day by day.
If you want you call a [Eb] [Ab] bleeper, it's a cross you'll [Gb] pay.
[Eb] You're a very sexy girl, that's very hard to please.
You can chase the [C] bright lights, [Eb] but you [Db] won't get them for [B] free.
Jungle, welcome [Db] to the jungle, [Ebm] feel my, [A]
[Eb] [A] my [Eb] serpentine.
[A] [Eb] Oh, [Bb] I hear you [Ebm] scream.
[Eb]
[Ab] Welcome to the [Gb] jungle, [Eb] [Ab] it's worth it every day.
There's never love like it at all in the jungle, the way we [Eb] play.
If you got a hunger for what you see, you'll take it eventually.
[Db] You can have [Eb] anything you want, but you better not take it from [Db] me.
[B] Jungle, welcome [Db] to the jungle, what you [Ebm] bring that's clear?
[A] [Eb]
Shananananananana, knees, knees.
[A] Oh, [Eb]
I'm [A] gonna watch you [Db] bleed.
[Gb] [Db]
[Gb] [Db] When [Gb] you're high, you [Db] never, never wanna [Gb] come down.
[E] [Gb] So down, [E]

[Gb] [Eb] Shananananananana, [A] knees, knees.
[B] Down in the jungle, welcome [Db] to the jungle, what you [Ebm] bring that's clear?
[A] It's [Ab] gonna bring [Db] you down. [Eb] Come on.
Ha!
Woo!
Yeah.
[N] We're in the jungle, baby.
Yeah.
I thought you were gonna wear your I Love LA shirt for this video, what happened?
Yeah.
Anyway, this is awesome.
So again, we're picking off another iconic piece.
Gabriella did a stunning job.
This time she used a lot of distortion and compression, much different than the other
things that we've been working on.
And also, what's really important about this song that you're gonna see is controlling
the breath and being able to hold back the air so that you can actually get through a
lot of words in this stuff.
So what we do, we literally hold our breath, you know, welcome to the jungle!
And it's like, we literally compress the air as we sing.
I [Ab] can't, if I exude too much air, then we're not gonna be able to finish through these phrases.
So anyway, awesome job, and [G] until next time, Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy, where the proof
is in the singing.
[D]
[G] [Bm]
[B]
[A]
[E] [B] [A]
[E] [B] [A]
[E] [B] Peace [A] out!
[E] [G] [C]
