[E] [F#] There's a lot of gear here, no doubt about it.
I guess Warren wanted to bring a whole bunch of stuff from home, so he did.
[E] Not only, you know, is all their gear here, some of my stuff's here, we have the studio stuff.
It's just daunting when you first look at it all in one big pile in the middle of the room.
[F#m]
[B] We have our usual [Em] mule pile that we brought, and then a whole bunch of other extra [F#] guitars, small amps.
[F#m] This place is a couple of hours from my [Em] house, so [A] between storage units and the stuff that I
have in my house and stuff that Eric, my guitar tech, has at his place, [F#m] we just decided to bring
[B] everything we could.
So we've got all these [Em] guitars, all these amps, all this vintage gear,
and [E] a lot of it had not been used [F#m] in ages anyway, and absolutely has not been used
since [Em] COVID was sprung upon us.
So there's a lot of cleaning up, getting some rust off, new strings for [F#m] everything,
general gremlins from [F#] being in storage of old musical equipment.
[C#m] I take a lot of [Em] guitars to every session, but this is the most I've ever brought [F#m] to any recording
session, the most gear that any of us have ever brought, I think.
And so the experimental factor
[E] is wide open in that regard, and it's [G] nice to kind of reconnect with some of these [F#m] old guitars
and amps that I haven't played in a while, and some of [F#] them have never [E] been plugged into each other
ever.
And so it's kind of [A] just being inspired by the sounds that are coming [F#] out of them.
