Chords for Grand Funk Lawsuit and Hall of Fame?

Apparently there's a lawsuit going on between Grand Funk and former
Band member Mark Farner who's been on his own for quite some time left the band in 83 came back for a stint in the 90s
Left again in 98 and is been on his own for a while apparently according to vintage rock.com
They don't want him using
any kind of
Grand Funk trademark plus the punctuation is off.
The font is not correct
Just bizarre stuff like Grand Funk has to not be in capitals
_ And Farners name needs to be in capital so people can say it's Mark Farner and not Grand Funk Railroad
Blah blah blah seems kind of frivolous to me
It says at the end of the article I was gonna read most of it, but it's I just summarized it
_ Beyond damages _ it asks that Farner be prohibited from any use of the band's _ name or
American band.
Okay, like we're an American band, which is one of their bigger hits
See, I think that's crazy.
I mean, how can you limit how can you say?

I'm not feeling the lawsuit folks.
I just think these guys are look

They toured they got Max Carl.

As far as Hall of Fame stuff, I know a lot of people have said hey do a Grand Funk _ video, um
They're just they're close, but they're I would say no
And you probably would say well, you know you've come out for Jim Croce and so forth
Jim Croce his life was cut short and his career was like this and he wrote all of his songs
Okay, Grand Funk some kind of wonderful

All right, so I'm just saying they had some good moments, you know bad time _
Really we played only about I'd say a half dozen Grand Funk tunes.

_ You know, but I don't know I mean Golden Earring isn't in the Hall of Fame they had two
super epic songs that they wrote
So I'm just I'm not feeling the Grand Funk Hall of Fame Hall of Fame nomination.
However
You know good people can disagree on that one it's not as if I'd be like, oh no
_ Maybe I'd rather see Grand Funk get in over Bon Jovi.
I don't know
I just don't think look Bon Jovi should get in
Based on their 80s material and that's about it the Richie Sambora lineup
I don't know why I'm going off on this Bon Jovi thing as far as Grand Funk _
No, this lawsuit seems to be stupid petty frivolous

Come on if the court finds in Grand Funk's favor

it just to me it just doesn't seem like it rises to the level of a lawsuit and

I mean for all the hardliners for all the old-timers who you know care a lot about both Mark Farner and
Grand Funk Railroad, I would say this so much time has passed and
I don't think it's gonna affect either band either artists no matter who wins and who loses this
_ People know who Mark Farner is and people are acquainted with a Grand Funk Railroad
So yeah, it's frivolous.
And yeah, I don't think Grand Funk should be in the Hall of Fame.
