Recommendation says, I swear to God that everybody in Chile is waiting for this reaction and you will be baptized as a full-time Chilean.
If you listen to this song, this is a classic in friends and family meetings, perfect para sacar los pasos privados.
The Cumbia tropical genre is very popular here.
The name of the song means women and beer.
I knew that one.
So nothing more needs to be said.
This song is more important than our national anthem.
So please react to it.
It's time to hear a more danceable Chilean genre.
Papi, interesting.
Okay.
Yeah, perfect.
So the artist Grupo Alegria and the song Mujeres y Cerveza.
Let's see if it is danceable.
Let's find out.
[Cm]
[Bb]
[Cm] What the fuck?

And again.
[Bb]
[Cm]
[Bb] It's Mauricio's keyboards.
And [Cm] it sounds good.

[Bb] [F] [C] Nice, great video.
That is the weirdest song I've had on the
channel without a doubt, definitely.
Even the music video [N] was bizarre.
So I'm definitely
going to need some help in the comments here because this, my mind's just blown.
I find
it hard to believe that it's taken seriously but then again it is a fucking Tamazo so I'm
just torn all over the place.
My head's just, because I'm just trying to kind of figure
out where this sits in, I don't know, a party.
I mean you could definitely dance to it clearly.
Cumbia is supposed to be danced to but I've just never heard anything like it.
This is
completely different to the other cumbias that we've had on the channel so far and that's
what I wanted, that's what I asked for.
I said give me something that's different.
What
are the regional differences?
Differences between countries, genres, blah blah blah.
And while these sounds aren't probably present across the board in Chilean cumbia, it's at
least a sign that there are some differences.
So I'm very happy that I've listened to this,
not only for the fact that it's interesting but I feel like I've learned something.
So
thank you very much for those who recommended it.
Shout out to Maka.
1988, again you can tell by the production, it's all very electronic.
Again could be cross
reference to Japanese music, there's a lot of stuff like this over there so if you are
into that kind of sound, look into Japanese pop.
And I won't stop mentioning that, I know
I mention that a lot, until I find a cross reference where I have some evidence to say
that he took it from there and he took it from there.
Because a lot of these sounds
are basically the exact same as what you would find in, for example, Atari games, Sega arcade
games.
And I don't think Grupo Alegria would have just accidentally stumbled onto this
really strange sound and thought, yeah that'll be good.
I do believe that they probably knew
this sound from something and were trying to reach it while making demos and stuff.
So I'm fascinated by the production.
The music video, strange, not how I expected Chili to
look.
Let me know if it's actually filmed there.
I feel like it could be a meme song.
Yes it says women and beers but again I don't really understand the reference to the music
video in that sense.
What is the song actually talking about?
Is Cumbia actually lyric based
at all or is it just kind of something to have as well, like an addition to the sound?
Let me know the importance of lyrics in Chili and Cumbia and all Cumbias for that matter.
When the recommendation said that this is like a [Abm] family and a friends gathering type
song.
If you've got a video on your phone or something, please send it to me on Instagram.
Just send me a DM with the video because I need to know how people dance to this music
and I need to know the setting.
Because I'm just trying to picture myself listening to
this song.
If it came on, I don't know.
I had ants in my pants and I wanted to move
and it had me moving but I'm just so confused.

[Bb] _ _ _ [F] _ _ [C] Nice, great video.
_ _ _ That is the weirdest song I've had on the
channel without a doubt, definitely.
Even the music video [N] was bizarre. _
_ _ _ So I'm definitely
going to need some help in the comments here because this, _ my mind's just blown.
I find
it hard to believe that it's taken seriously but then again it is a fucking Tamazo so _ I'm
just torn all over the place.
My head's just, _ _ because I'm just trying to kind of figure
out where this sits in, I don't know, a party.
I had ants in my pants and I wanted to move
and it had me moving but I'm _ _ just so confused.
