[Ab] [D]
[G] I've lived in a cover world, but this [Gm] is my [Ab] first full-on cover album.
[Eb] [G] Some really cool covers, [D] particularly Words of Love, These Boots Are Made for Walkin'.
[C] Baby It's [Bb] You.
[Eb] Baby it's you, baby it's you.
a [Cm] mid to late 60s concept.

_ _ _ We wanted to have a [Cm] mid to late 60s concept.
With these songs, I thought about what were the [Bb] kind of songs that I liked most growing up.

[E] _ The title track, For What It's [A] Worth, I really believe that it connects so [E] much to today's
issues and how people [A] stood up for what they believe [Em] in. _
There's a lot of equality issues going [A] on, a lot [G] of protests, [Em] and people are getting tired.
[A] _ _ It just [G] seems very reminiscent [E]
of those times.
As things have changed, [G] there's a lot that is [E] still going on today.

_ _ _ [Bm] _ _ [E] _ Not [Abm] only do we want to recreate these songs, but we want to [Db] do it as authentically as possible.
That means bringing in [Abm] the old gear, recording it to tape, and doing it [Db] here at Sunset Studios. _ _ _ _ _
[Gb] _ _ _ _ [B] _ _ Let's [Gb] Start is one of my [B] originals.
It's definitely [Ab] Austin Powers-like.
[Db] You just want to get up and dance.
[Ab] It's one of those anthems that just trails [Eb] off [B] into a total space and time of [Gbm] the 60s. _ _
[E] _ _ _ _ [Gbm] _ _ _ _
[E] _ _ _ _ [Gb] I want this [B] to be able to bring back the memories and the peace and love [Bm] and all the things
that were going on in that [Gbm] time and give it my own [Em] flair as well.
