Hey everybody, this is my [G#] [D] 1958 Hammond M3 Oregon.
[C#] I just [A] picked this up midtown Tulsa [D] over on Brookside and I'm really [C] excited so I'm [D] going
to make a little video here and show you guys what's going on with it.
[C#] [Dm] [C#]
[D] Right here is the general layout.
There's two tier, [C] a lot [A] shorter than your classic [D] B3.
I've got it sitting up on [G] this really awesome dolly [A] that a friend of ours made just so I'm
getting in and out of the [A#] back and the [A] front and it's just a lot easier.
You can see the percussion belt [Dm] controls there at the front.
[D]
[Dm] This is a really awesome organ, I'm really happy with it so far.
[G] Now we're in the back of the organ.
[C#] [Dm] Coming up to the top here you can see, once the picture [G] clears [F] up, [Cm] the drawbar [G] connections
right there, here's the keys [Dm] right there.
Coming down to the preamp, [D]
looks like [C] someone [Gm] replaced the [G#] electrical [Dm] cord which is awesome.
You don't have to worry about fraying or anything like that.
Here's the preamp, I cleaned it up [C] actually last [D] night.
Here's the speaker, now if you look I've got some new speaker wire right there and I'll
show [A] you what I've done.
I've taken [Dm] the signal coming from the preamp and put it into this [C] box right [D] here.
I went to Radio Shack and spent $20 for these parts.
It's just a project box and [A#] I installed [G] a quarter line output.
[Gm] I also have a switch here, [D] a toggle switch that will turn [G] if I want just the speaker
[Dm] for the original speaker to work or if I want to use my quarter [Cm] jack output [G] I have the option
to do that.
I can go into [Fm] an effects pedal or whatever.
[F] So now I've got [D] that hooked up to my amplifier.
[Dm] The red is going to the organ.
[F] I actually have the [Dm] blue one going to the back up there by my
[G] drum machine, my Boss
[Gm] DR-3 drum machine.
Get that turned on and now we'll start jamming here.
Here's our [D] start and run.
These are located over by the right hand [Dm] side down up underneath that leg [Bm] and we'll start jamming.
