[A]
[C#m] Oh yeah, so we got some important work to do here.
We're [A] directing a video, the shot list, I'm Venom.
Hey, [C#m] I'm Matt.
I'm Jake.
This is Paisley, and we are on the set of our brand new Headly [A] video, Hello.
He's just doing some of the last minute budgeting for the [C#m] film.
She's actually typing up my next screenplay.
I paid her five bucks.
She's good though.
[A] We're here in the library right now where Paisley has run to, to escape the pressures
of [C#m] this heavy relationship that she's in, and essentially what Hello is about is [A] this
romantic tragedy slash comedy where [C#m] sometimes things just get too tough and complicated
to explain, and it's easier to just [A] get away.
This is where it's going to start.
It's going to start right before the chorus at, so just [C#m] pick up the phone, and then, so
you start with, [A] and say hello, and then we'll just kind of walk, and you'll just sing the
lyrics to me as we go.
[C#] So the concept that we're [A] going with today is meant to be like a love note to Rushmore
or like Moonrise [C#m] Kingdom, like a Wes Anderson film, and so what's happening is it's based
on true stories that Jake had when he was [A] a kid.
So what we're doing today is we're essentially enacting a true story [C#m] that happened to me
when I was these stinkers ages.
Yeah, me [A] and her.
When he was our age.
I was six actually.
I was younger.
It was great and warm.
I mean, I remember [C#m] my kindergarten girlfriend.
I had one, but that's a long time ago.
I had one sister from Australia.
Her name was [A] Natasha.
I bought her a necklace, and she broke up with me after I bought her the necklace.
And my story [C#m] was with Paulina, and I bought her a ring, but I was too scared to give it
to her, so I just threw it at [A] her and hit her in the head.
And that's kind of where this story came from.
[C#m] Action, [N] Paisley!
Curtains, pull!
There it is.
That was good.
[A] That was good.
When I was younger, I played the tuba.
I was the skinniest little kid playing the [C#m] biggest ridiculous instrument we could find.
And we used to play concerts for people in the [A] old folks' homes and concerts for the
school, and it was the way I learned to make people smile.
It [C#m] was me finding my voice, and it was me finding [A] the ultimate way to communicate with
people for me.
And that [C#m] spawned my love for music ever since.
Heady [A] stuff, man.
You've come to the right place if you like entertainment.
[C#m] This is the tuning we use for videos.
[A] When we do the [A] playback, we don't have to have it so loud that [C#m] everyone is deaf, and
we're in the gymnasium, so it's already going to be
Madness!
Who's the dummy here?
That's not very nice, is it?
No, it's [A] not!
I like
[C#m] I like hockey.
I like monkey brains.
[A] I like Mo!
I like monkey bars.
Pardon me.
[G] We never break through your [F#] red phone, and I'm afraid too.
It's murder in the morning, I don't want to be [G#] alone.
So just pick up the phone and [E] say hello.
It's okay.
You know.
[B] What they say.
[C#m]
[A]
Just say [E] hello.
Ah!
[B] What they say.
It [C#m] gets better, don't ever lose hope.
Never give it up, not the end of the show.
[A] I'm not scared, don't let go, don't say goodbye.
Just say hello.
[F#] Nice hustle, art department.
Thank you very [N] much.
Hey!
All right, guys, that is a wrap.
Thank you very much.
[D#] That's a [C] wrap!

That's the Brothers McMuffins right there.
