[D] [G#m] Now, another technique I'm using is a sextuplet rasqueo.
[D] [Bm]
Now it starts with the thumb up, the A finger or the ring finger down, the I finger down,
and then the thumb back up again.

[D] _ _ _ _ [G#m] Now, another technique I'm using _ is a sextuplet rasqueo.
[D] _ _ _ [Bm] _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ Now it starts with the thumb up, _ the A finger or the ring finger down, _ the I finger down,
and then the thumb back up again.
Now our accents, our 1, is on the thumb coming up. _ _
_ _ _ [G#] And also for that technique it's very [B] important that it's a lot of wrist movement.
You're really pivoting _ from the second knuckle, pivoting from this point.
[G#] So if you watch that as we move it, [F#] it stays very central right here.
Lot of wrist motion.
_ _ So again, we're up with the thumb, [C] _ down with the ring finger, down with the I finger, _ _ _ and
you also notice that the majority of the wrist movement is carried through [G#] carrying
the thumb and then carrying the index back.
That's where our hand resets positions.
[N] Thumb coming up, we use our wrist.
Our hand resets there.
Ring finger goes down, _ and then index goes down with the wrist.
Now when we do it fast enough, it will all be really one motion instead of three.
But the most important thing is that we need to reset the hand on that thumb coming up
and the I finger, or the index finger, coming down.
And that will give [E] us this. _
_ _ _ _ And faster, _
[G] _ [F#] that type of a thing. _ _ _ _
_ _ Another effect that we have in this is just hitting the guitar [F] on the [D#] soundboard. _ _ _
[B] So what we can do for that _ is we just put our fingers into the palm of our hand, and
[N] we hold them there, and you flick the fingers out from the palm.
So we can start, for example, wrap our [Bm] knuckles.
_ _ [F#] Again, our hand looks about like that.
Just wrap [Bm] the knuckles against the soundboard, _ _ _ _ _ and we can flick that index finger out _ to
give us a little snare type percussion. _
_ _ _ And once again, we can flick the fingers out from the palm of the hand to give us that
_ _ other [F#] effect.
