Today I'm going to teach you how to play Graveyard by McCafferty.

Uh, best show I've ever been to.
I've only been to three concerts, so.
But I've seen Fall Out Boy, with Able Nation, [F] 21 Pilots, and McCafferty.

And I got [G#] Nick's signature, uh, Evans and Wess'

I got the lead singer's signature.

Um, okay, so today I'm going to teach you how to play Graveyard.
Uh, four chords in this song.
Uh, [G] all power chords.
It's gonna start with your first finger [G#] going on the fourth [C#] fret.
_ And [C#m] your pinky finger going-
Alright, that's the fourth fret of the A string.
Your pinky [E] finger going on the seventh fret of [C#] the D string.
And what you're gonna do, is you're gonna take the, um, like, bottom part of your hand here.
And you're gonna rest it [G] on, like, down by the bridge, on the strings right [E] here. _ _ _ _ _
_ _ You're gonna rest it [A] right there.
And _ it'll create a muted [C#] noise like that.
_ _ Versus, _ [A] you're gonna rest it.
_ _ _ And then you're just gonna keep- you're gonna keep [E] your pinky there.
And you're gonna slide your first finger over to the fifth fret.
_ [C#] _ _ _ [D] _ _ _
[A#] And then you're gonna move that up [Em] a string.
So, first finger on the fifth fret of the E string.
Pinky finger on the seventh fret of the [A] A string.
_ _ And then [F] you're gonna slide that first finger down again.
So it's [E] on the fourth fret, pinky [C] on the [E] seventh. _ _
And you're just gonna keep playing that.
Again [C#] and again, uh, that's the intro.
Make sure you mute it.
So it's [G#]-
Prompt been blowin' up like she [D] never even saw it.
[A] Gun up to her head, [G#] come on baby make a promise.
[E] Just like that.
And then when [Em] he gets, uh, um, _ Astle's gonna act like he never even [G] saw it.
Uh, or never even caused it.
[A] Uh, once you play this part. _
_ You're just gonna play it [Em] open once.
This, uh, last chord here.
Which is fourth and [G#] seventh on the E string.
You're just gonna play it open like that.
[C] _ So after the intro, uh, you're gonna play the same chord progression.
Um, but this time you're not gonna mute it.
And it's gonna sound-
You're gonna play, uh, through the chord progression twice.

Um, and then when he gets to the I, hang out where I belong in the graveyard.

Um, you're just gonna [A] play it on the first word.
And then it's gonna-
[B] You're gonna mute it.
And you can either palm mute it down here.
Or [E] you can mute it with your fingers up there.
It's really up to you.
I'm not sure how he plays it in the song.
Um, _ but either way it sounds good.
_ Um, _ _ yeah you're gonna mute it.
[G#] Uh, the first couple [A] times.
And then you're gonna play it open. _
[D] _ _ [A] _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ It's pretty [E] much the whole song.
It's the intro where you mute it on here.
_ And then the chorus [A] where you go from.
Uh, on the A string.
_ _ _ _ _ [E] Or you mute it like that.
And you're doing that every time.
[F#] That you change [D] from this chord to this chord.
