Hey Eric here from one star guitar lessons.com coming at you with a quick lesson here, and I just called to say
I love you
So there's a few chords that you might not be too familiar with if you're [Gb] not used to playing just the basic chords
[Ab] One of them is the D minor major 7 and this is throughout quite a bit of the song
[G] But I want to show you how the progression works here, so there's a progression that goes [Ebm] D minor
To D minor major 7 so you keep the same shape [B] when you make a D minor major 7 all you're doing is moving your
[F] Third finger and putting it on the second fret okay
[Ebm] here
To here and then D minor 7 [Eb] you can flatten your first thing on the first two frets there
[Ebm]
Okay, and [Eb] then lay your second finger on the second fret [Ebm] the third string so this progression D minor
D minor major 7
D minor 7

and do one of these.
I [Em] just called to [A] say I [D] love you.
And you're just gonna continue
[B] the same progression as you did before.
And it goes up, [Cm] I believe, one more time.
