but if you're a mere mortal like myself or a lot of you out there and you're not an awesome
acoustic player like this artist who's just amazing, I'm going to simplify it.
Make it nice and easy for all us mere mortals to play.
And not that it's super tricky, but I'm going to teach you the basic parts in a really easy
way to do it.
Not all [C] technical and such and so forth.
So without further ado, let's zoom in for a closer [B] look and get to this.
_ [Em] Alright, so we're going to [N] break this down into fantasy land where all good songs are
just strummed and not finger picked.
_ [E] There's a lot of us out there, myself included, that [F] are not stellar finger pickers.
Not [D] that we have to be to do this song, but let's just make it easy.
I'm going to strum.
This is the first fret, zero fret, so 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
[N] We're going to be in drop D, which means you lower the low E string down so it [E] sounds like
this D. _ _ _ _ _
_ And all's [Ab] we're going to do is we're going to go fret 5, 4, [Gbm] and 3, [Dbm] D, G, and B.
[G] And then we're going to bar D, G, and B with our first finger.
And then go [Gb] D string fourth fret.
And then we're going to go B string [B] third fret.

Then the only other chords we're going to do in this intro part is an A suspended, so
just A and [B] then take off your finger.
That's just on the B string third fret.

So what [E] we're going to do is there's going to be a D [Gm] string run.
We're going to [E] start off with, _ _ so that's just down, up, down, and [Gb] then [Dbm] 2, 4. _ _
