Hello guys, this is Amos Doll Music,
and in today's lesson, I'm gonna teach you how to play
this very nice and catchy tune from the song called
On The Floor by Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull, okay?
So you probably heard of this tune from somewhere else,
from a—derived from like a traditional tune.
But anyway, here's a [Ebm] preview of what you're gonna learn
in today's lesson.
It goes like this. _ _ _ _ _ _
[B] _ _ _ _ [Gb] _ _ _ _
_ [Bbm] _ _ _ _ [Ebm] _ _ _
_ _ [B] _ _ _ _ [Gb] _ _
_ _ _ [Bbm] _ _ _ Yes!
Let's get right into it, okay?
So let's go. _
Break this into, uh, let me see. _ _
One_
_ _ Two_
[Abm] _ _
_ Three_
Four.
Okay.
_ Four parts.
Quickly, here we go.
So it goes starting on the B flat,
middle C's here, go on to the B flat, that's where we start on.
[F] So, B flat, and then up an octave to the [Eb] higher B flat. _
And then [Bm] A flat, [Eb] G flat, F, [Bb] E flat.
That is the first part, okay?
Pretty short.
One more time, so it goes like this.
Lower B flat, higher B flat.
_ _ [Db]
A flat, G [Bb] flat, F, E [Abm] flat.
And that's the right hand for the first part, okay?
Once you get that left hand, we have one chord here for the first part.
The one chord, it's E [Ebm] flat minor.
It's a three note, fully black note chord.
So E flat, G flat, B flat.
So, with that E flat minor,
in mind the two hands together, it [A] goes like this.
Right hand starts with the [Ebm] first B flat.
The higher B flat and E flat minor together.
One _ _ more _ _ time, so it goes like this.
Like _ _ _ _ that, okay?
So that's that.
Moving on to the [C] second part.
So the second part, right hand continues, it goes
[B] E flat, G flat, [G] F, [Bb] E flat, D flat, E flat, down to B [Ab] flat, A flat. _
That's [Cm] that.
One more time, so it goes like this.
[B] E flat, G [Bbm] flat, [Bb] F, E flat, D flat, E flat, B flat, [Ab] A flat.
That's that for the second part for the right [Bb] hand.

_ It's pretty fast, so that's [B] that for the right hand.
Left hand, we have one chord here.
One chord is B major, which is B, D sharp, F sharp.
Okay, so with that in mind, so B major,
the two hands together goes like this.
E flat and B major together, so it goes like _ _ _ _ that.
One more time, so it goes together. _
_ _ _ Like that.
Alright, so that's the second part.
Okay, back to back, the two parts we've learned so far
will be played like [Ebm] this, check it out. _ _ _ _

_ _ Alright, and that's that.
Moving on to the third [Bbm] part, third part right hand continues,
it goes B [Ebm] flat, and then goes up to the E flat for five times.
One, two, three, four, [Eb] five, like that.
[Bb] One more time, so it goes like this.
So it goes B flat, and then up to E flat [Eb] for five times.
One, two, three, four, five.
That's that for the right hand.
Left hand, we have one chord here,
the [Gb] one chord is G flat major, which is G flat, B flat, D flat.
So with that G flat major in mind,
the two hands together goes like this,
so it's B flat and G flat major together, so it's together. _ _ _
_ _ _ _ That's that, okay, pretty simple, so it's together.
_ _ _ _ Just like that.
Okay, back to [E] back, the three parts we've learned so far
in this lesson will be played like this, check it [Ebm] out. _ _ _ _

_ _ _ Like that.
Moving on to the [Abm] fourth and last part of the session before it repeats,
which does like four B flat, sorry, four E flats,
but the four E flats, the first three E flats
come like a triplet kind of [Cm] feel, so it's like
one, two, [Ebm] three, and then four.
_ Yeah, just like that.

_ _ Okay, so it's pretty simple, it's only four E flats here,
[N] so first three E flats come like a triplet-y kind of feel.
Okay, left hand, we have B flat minor, [Bbm] that's the chord,
B flat, D flat F.
Okay, with that in [F] mind, it's really simple,
[B] you just put the first E flat and B flat minor together,
[Bbm] so it's together. _
_ _ Like that.
Just like that, so it's like together.
_ _ _ Just like that, okay?
So, yeah, back to [F] back, the four parts we've learned in this lesson
will be [Ebm] played like this, check it out. _ _ _

if you want to make it a bit more interesting,
the left hand patterns, you can just like,

yeah, you can do arpeggios and stuff and add it on, okay?
Or just make up something on [Ebm] the spot.

_ _ _ [Ebm] _ _ _ _ [B] _
_ _ _ _ [Gb] _ _ _ _
_ _ [Bbm] _ _ _ _ _ _

Anyway, yeah, so the chords are pretty simple,
so you can [Ebm] do a lot with it, but the [B] right hand,
I guess you just gotta practice _ the, I guess the second part
would be [Gb] the_
_ _ [Ab] _
Yeah, that would [Eb] cause most of the trouble because
most of these are [Bb] like black notes,
_ [Ab] or they're switched to one white note,
so it's easy to kind of slip because the black notes are smaller,
it'll be easy to slip off the keys, okay?
So [Gb] just practice that.
Okay, but anyway, that's pretty [N] much it, so pretty short.
