Hi there, this is Galea Fulfurdo again, and this is another tutorial on how to play the Beatles like the record
And today we will cover how [F#] to play the Let It Be song introduction
How McCartney played this one [B] on the Let It Be album
I took this one from the Let It Be, Nate [D#] album
So I surfed the web and I noticed that there are a lot of tutorials about the [N] introduction of Let It Be and Let It Be in general
But none of them is accurate and is identical to the original one
So this is the real way McCartney played the Let It Be intro, the real stuff
[C]
[G] [Am] [F]
[Dm] [C] [G]
[F] [D] [C]
[C]
Let me show you this one slow so you can see the [F#]
[C] notes
So the first chord is a C and Paul plays this one once smooth and the second one harder, just like this
And the notes are here, there is this octave here, and here you have the C, the E, the G [B] and the high C
So the note that [Fm] sings is this high [C] C here
And then you make a passage of a G flat [G]
here like this
[F#]
[G] [C]
[G] And with the right hand I made a [G#m] B, D and G where the note that sings is the G here
[C]
[G] And then A [Am] minor, [C] the A minor is made by playing the A here, the [E] C and [Am] the E here
[A] Then you make this note harder [B] here, [A] you [Am] [Am] make a passage from the A to the G
And then you go [F] to this F chord here which is made by playing an F, [C] an A, a C and an E
[F] [Dm] [F] You make a slow passage from the E to the D
So you go to the [Dm] D minor, [A] let me repeat this one for you
So the [Am] A,
[F]
the note that sings is the D
[D#] Then you go again [C] to the C, but this time a C that is made by playing the [Em] C, the E and the G
And the note that sings here is no longer the C but it's the [C] G here
Then a very fast [F#] passage here [G] again
And [F] then this F twice while you play [Em] this [C]
passage, let me repeat this one for you
[G] [F]
[C]
Now let me show you how I [N] use the sustain pedal of the piano to recreate the fantastic intention of [C] the song
[G] [Am] [F]
[C] [G]
[F] [D] [C]
Thanks a lot for staying with me again for this video
Let me know what you think, try it, write me if you have any questions
And I recommend that you use this kind of intention that I show you
Because this gives the song this magic [F] attitude that it has
Thanks for staying with
