Sum41 man, I love this track
off
But I forget the name of the album, [B] but awesome track
[Fm] Sum41 back in the day [G] amazing band always loved them anyways.
I found the easiest [Bb] way to play this
I've seen it played different ways.
[Fm] It's by far the easiest way to play it sounds dead accurate
for simple chords for the whole thing
Open standard tuning.
I'm not even using a capo you can if you want to
It usually raises the vocal range a little bit
So like if you've got a higher [Ab] level voice you can play with the capo a little bit higher up anyways
Let's get into it
So yeah, I'm going to
Show you the chords here real [G] quick, and then I'll run it through and then [Gb] I'll show you a close-up [Ab] on the strumming pattern as
Well, I'll try and keep [Abm] a little bit of this in here as well, so we got our
Sorry, not our a [Em] minor.
We got our e e minor
We have our e minor so just those two fingers on the second fret on
The second and third strings e minor [C] then we're gonna go to our C
Just a regular C
Then we're gonna [G] go to a G
just a regular G and
[D] And you got your D
So it's mainly about strumming here
[Ab] I'll start it off slow, and then I'll start to speed up and I'll maybe sing along a bit
I'm [G] not gonna sound what very good you're gonna sound much better than I will for sure my my singing is not great
Anyway, so bear with me, but this [Ab] will hopefully help you a little bit
So [E] [A] we start off sorry with our e minor not [Em] e
[C]
[G]
[D] You
[Em]
[C] [G]
[D] [Em]
Try to be [C] perfect
but not
[G] worth it
I don't [D]
believe
[Em] It
[C] [G]
[D]
[Em] [C]
It's in [G] my
[D] Word that I [Em]
just [C] see
[G] Virgin
Try it
[Em] And I'm better off for my
[C] To
[D] the G [G] so again e minor [Dbm] C G D
But that's [D] pretty much it for the whole song and that's by far the easiest way.
I found to [F] play it
So let's zoom in on the strumming pattern just so that you can all play [Ab] real slow for you
So if you're just a beginner you should be able to play along.
I'll just play it super slow and
Hopefully this helps you guys
[A] All right strumming pattern for you guys.
We'll do it super slow here.
Hopefully this helps you a little bit
So we start off on our e minor [Em] there
Then we're going [C] to our C
Then we're going to our [G] G
[D] Then to our D
[Em] My the
[C] C
[G] Hit G [D] to the D [Em] minor super slow
[C]
