_ Songwriting [D] brought us together [A] from the first day [Am] that we wrote it seemed very easy.
Yeah, [F] it felt [Dm] so
effortless and [A] natural we were strangers and
We wrote a [C] song called wake up and I remember [G] that day feeling [D] like it was a really special song [Em] and
Then we [C] wrote another song a couple months later, [G] and then I think [D] two years or so passed by [G] and
[A] Peter I remember he came in that day and he
[G] Played me the two songs that we'd recorded and I was like wow, this is amazing.
We should start a band _ _ _
So we did
We [D] are gonna call the record morning is [E] made which is [G] the title of one of our favorite tracks on the record

Joe [G] Passapie at his studio middle [C] tree here in East [G] Nashville _ _
[Em] Ian Pitchock [G] was the producer and I don't think we could have asked for [Em] a more inspiring [D] and _ _ _

We decided to release [G] this album through pledge
It [A] really gives us an opportunity to invite you guys [C] in share in the creative process with us. _

Recording [C] them and we are very excited
