[C#m] My name is Murray Kyle [A]
and I'm [G#m] an independent singer-songwriter, [A#] musician [A#m] based in the [B] little
small town of Ukai.
[E] It's at the [B] base of a beautiful sacred mountain in the Tweed Valley.
[C#m] [F#] A
[C#m] [F#]
[B] [A] [B]
[A] [A#]
lot of different musical projects around the Byron [G#m] Shire
[G#] and [A] just generally passionate [C#] about
bringing forward culture and bringing forward the arts to support our transitions.
[C#m] [A] Amazing times [B] on [C#m] earth.
[F#]
[B] [C#] As
[B]
[C#m] [F#] [G#m]
a [C#m] songwriter I find that [A#] every [G#m] song or every piece of [A] music [A#] even if there's no words to it
just sort of comes [A] through in its own way of inspiring.
It can [B] come from a simple [A] moment
that you're having with nature or with another person or something that inspires you [G#] like a
social issue, an environmental issue, political.
And as an artist [C#m] it's something that moves you,
for me personally it's something that moves me with a passion that [G#m] I [G#] feel like I want to support
or get really creative with and or just get kooky with or you know create a different angle of that
of that issue in the world to just try and [B] assist people to have a new awareness on things and
to [A] explore the [E]
miraculousness of this [F#] life that we are.
[Em]
[D] [Em]
[Bm] [E]

[A]
[Em] [C] living with and becoming
[Am] [A]
and definitely
as an artist that affects and shapes [B] and [Am] interacts with the way that we bring our art forward and
the way that our culture and our society is evolving and molding with that change as well.
[A#] [D]
Yeah I just keep getting the optimistic viewpoint that [Cm] it's gonna, we're gonna focus more on the
solutions and bring the [A] solutions to the table of these [F#] times and really start to just basically on
a really basic level just incorporate them in our [A#] lives and as more [A] people are able [Em] to [G#] come in
contact with those solutions and apply them in a really positive way it just naturally brings us
[A#] into connection with communities and with gardens and with [C] aspects of life that are that are
positively bouncing off each other
[G] [Em] and
[C]
[G] Keep the [B] fire bright [Em] this music [A] is living [B]
[G] breathing
[D] [Em]
[C]
[D] [G] [E]
[B] [Em] [C]
[D] [Em]
[G] [Am]
[D] Yeah [A] [E]
alongside with all the [Am] other [C] rebalancing and [A#] returning and
[Am] [Em] yeah this journey that [A#] we're on as humanity right now in finding solutions and coming back to a
more natural state of being yeah I feel like music is is just a beautiful aspect of that
where it's reconnecting us to the culture that we're creating and reconnecting us to each other as well.
