Hey y'all, this [D] video was really hard to find.
Initially there was like a 10 second clip
I found on YouTube but it turns out it just doesn't exist anywhere else on the internet.
Like the episode of Soul Train it's from isn't available for purchase anywhere and the only
place I could find it was on the bonus section of this James Brown documentary.
But I think
it was really worth the search, please enjoy this video by three of my personal heroes.
Okay, [Ebm]
[G] we're back with Bobby Blue Bland and godfather [N] of the soul Mr.
James Brown and
you know this fella don't you James?
Do I know him man?
I've always idolized him.
I used to follow
this cat man and try to sing like him but I could never sing like him because nobody sings the
blues like this man and our special guest.
You've got one of his tunes in your album,
man.
What about his tunes?
Further on up the road man.
You're gonna give me so many bucks man.
And I'd also like to mention that Mr.
Brown has agreed to come back very soon and bring
his whole orchestra and do a little Soul Train, right James?
Gotta do that, that's part of all of it.
We'd like you to bring on our special guest.
Our special guest, the other part of the blues,
two of them together makes the only blues in the world, Mr.
BB King.
As everyone probably knows
this appearance was prompted by a fantastic album you fellas did together and it's one of the
greatest things I've [E] ever heard and I'd like to congratulate you both on it.
And they got no
competition.
They have no competition.
We're gonna ask you to do you know a kind of a medley.
I know
you don't do them the same way every time but [D] a medley similar [Db] to some of the things you did in
the album.
We'll do anything.
Thank you so [Ab] much.
All right, how about it for BB [F] King and Bobby
[N] Black?
[C]
[F] Come on back up here.
[C] [G] [C]
[G] [F]
[A] [Bb] [C] It's the same way we did it a few months ago.
So ain't no different.
I [Cm] think that we had a little, [Gm] what were you talking about B at [A] first?
