I'd just like to say a couple of short words about Danny Jo Brown.
Back _ in the 70s [Ab] when Leonard [Gm] Skinner was on the road, we would [Gb] _ [Eb] come home to Jacksonville, Florida
[E] and Ronnie Van [Gb] Zandt, [Gm] _
[Ab] who is the one and [Eb] only [D] Leonard Skinner,
[N] _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ we would come home off the road and Ronnie would tell us about this band that he was working with called Molly Hatchet. _
_ And he would spend his very precious time at home working with [G] Danny Jo and the band and working with them
and trying to share with them [Abm] what he knows about music.
And as we all know, Ronnie Van [N] Zandt knew a whole lot about music.
_ _ [Bb] _ _ [G] _ _ So it is because of Ronnie that I am here.
And it [Abm] is because of Danny Jo Brown to show our respect
because all I [Bb] can say is I know that Ronnie would want me to be here [Ab] tonight. _
