[E] It's a big [C] inspiration for me.
It's really one of the reasons why I'm into electronic music.
I saw Jean [Cm]-Michel's live performances already on [G#] very early video VHS [Cm] tapes.
His gigs in Moscow, you know, projecting the visuals on the [Fm] buildings, you know, where
and holding the Guinness Book of Records [Cm] with, I think, something like three and a half million
visitors or something ridiculous.
He [C] was really a pioneer in many ways and I [D#] was really inspired [F#] by that.

[D#] Trans music is one of the big movements and big genre of electronic music.
And what I [F#] recognize in [G] Armin van Buuren [C#] is always stayed faithful to that style.
[F#] And he's probably one of [D#] the most respected figure of that genre.
Jean-Michel was, still is, a very big example of pioneering music, trying new sounds, looking
for that emotion in all this electronic equipment.
That trans music wouldn't have sounded the same without his influence, [F#] for sure.

[G] When I had [C] this project in mind, it seemed that somehow trans music should be included
in this journey.
What I like in trans is the fact that it's very
The idea of trans is actually to set up soundscapes for people and to sharing soundscapes on festivals
and with kind of dynamic kind of [F#] energy.

[C#]
I [G] started working on his idea and added my [D] melodies and I spent a lot of time also on
[G] the combining his melody with my melody.
I wanted to really make sure that our elements, that people could really clearly hear,
oh, that's Jean-Michel, oh, that's Armin.
And he really liked it.
[D] So I was like over the moon.

I think also [Bm] that this track is conveying both of our identities.
[B] I mean the kind of dynamic and transy way and style of Armin and also this kind of work
on textures and melodies and sounds that actually I have as in my own pieces.
We finalized the mix in Paris for a piece which is going [B] to be remixed also for festivals
[F#]
and we are going to create different versions from the [G] album version.

[G] I think it's very essential that I have to be able to play our track in [A] my sets [A] as a
DJ, you know, [D] because it would be
For me it would feel really strange if I do a track [D] with you and I cannot play it [C#] in my DJ set.
So either we have to make a [F#] remix or, you know, a special version for the club so I
can play it [B] in my sets.

Stardust came quite [E] quickly as a title as well.
A mixture of [C#] [F#] space meeting Burning [Bm] Man.
