[F] [D] Hey, this is our family.
We're [C] on here.
This is our little girl Mara, or Sherry.
[F] My name
is Jeff.
Our 15-year-old daughter [C] Morgan, our 20-year-old son Madison, and our 6-7 [Am]-month-old
boy [F] Rigby [G] there.
Yes, [C] that's Morgan's little puppy dog.
We get to travel together [F] as a
family 100 [C],000 miles a year.
[Am] This is our bus, [C] and it makes it a lot of fun to be able to
travel because [Am] we don't really get [C] in a big hurry to get home unless Morgan has school.
During school time, summertime, we get to hang out.
[F]
For [G] everybody that's been keeping
up with us, [C] you know we had a rough 08, [Cm] July [F] 2nd, Sherry was diagnosed [G] with breast cancer.
December [Gm] 2nd, she had [Eb] her final round of chemo after six [Cm] treatments [D] of chemo.
Today, [C] she's
100 [Eb]% cancer free, and we praise God for [E] that.
We know a lot of people go through that, and
you [G] don't get news as good as that, but we just got a whole new [B] appreciation for going
down that road.
We've learned how to appreciate just simply [E] breathing in and breathing [B] out.
[F] It was a difficult [Em] period.
July [Fm] 2nd was the diagnosis [Ab] and surgery six [B] days later, and
our [Eb] lives were completely turned upside down.
[B] I've told a lot of people it wasn't my cancer,
it was our family's cancer.
[Bm] We got through it as a [B] family.
It was a tough year.
I can
remember when we got the phone call from the doctor, Morgan was sitting across from me
at the booth on the bus.
We were about ready to go on and sing.
[Gb] I was strong while I was
on the phone with the doctor.
When I got [B] the diagnosis, I broke.
By that time, everybody
on the bus was out and [Fm] around.
We [B] all knew the phone call was coming.
[F] We were all [B] completely
blindsided.
I just did not [D] expect it.
[G] We [B] got that phone call, supposed to sing three hours
later.
I can remember Madison came up and asked me, she said, Mom, how are you going
to get on stage and sing songs like Life [Eb] is Great and Getting Better?
[B] I told her, I
said, buddy, I'm going to do it because I believed the songs [Abm] before I ever battled.
[Eb] I believed the songs
