[C] They pulled us aside and said,
the whole [G] tour is canceled.
You know, there's a global pandemic.
[D] We gotta go home.
So that was [Em] pretty devastating.
You know, we had a movie that [A] just came out
the same weekend and that got shut down as [G] well.
And I was [D] kind of just down, laying in bed
and God [Em] kind of spoke to my heart.
He said, you know, I want you to [A] get up.
I want to [G] speak to you.
And I'm like, okay.
So I got up and I went [D] upstairs,
my guitar up [Em] and wrote a song called Whatever May Come.
[A] What's typical for us is he'll write something
and then I just [G] start singing harmonies over it.
And we just kind of sing it together [D] and have a blast.
So we just went [Em] through a couple of those moments
and just decided, you know,
this [A] is what God has given us in the midst of this.
And so we [D] wanted to share those moments
as an encouragement.
So we put it out and literally the next thing we knew,
[G] we had like 7 million people on Facebook that viewed it.
[D] And I was going, oh my word, like,
I think [E] God's using this song.
[D] And that kind of birthed [C] this understanding
that people [G] were hungry, like I was,
for God to speak to [Em] them.
And just for connection.
To be able to just say, you [C] know what,
we're in this together.
[G] And let's right now, let's just [D] gather together
and let's cry out to [Em] the Lord
and let's call on the name of Jesus together.
[C] It really is a cry of [G] worship, you know,
and to hear her, [D] you know,
writing and [Em]
singing and the passion of, [C] you know,
her heart was coming [G] out in such a beautiful way.
It's just, we've done [D] worship together for years,
literally done worship [G] for years together.
And we're-
Yeah, we're like, why do we not,
why have we not done this?
[D] And it was special.
And I think that from [Em] that,
we realized that I think there's something
[A] that we need to do together, [G] you know,
but [D] Holy Spirit is infused in [Em] those things.
That's when there's effectiveness.
[C] And I feel like the Holy Spirit was infused
in what we were doing.
And it was [D] powerful, you know,
and it was [E] encouraging and refreshing.
