Hello, my name is Jim Rolfe and welcome to 99 [D] Cent Guitar Lessons.
This is my first popular fingerstyle [Dm] piece and [F#] as you noticed we're doing Jerry Reed's The Claw.
It's a fun piece.
I didn't play it super fast, kind of right in the middle, but you can crank it up a bit tempo wise.
There's a lot of cool blues riffs in there you can lift for other pieces and jamming.
[N] We're in the key of A and basically two parts with the intro, the extended intro and ending.
So anyway, you'll see it's pretty easy to understand.
It's almost like a blues piece with a middle section.
Let's see, I said key of A I think.
That's about it.
I didn't indicate every right hand fingering.
A lot of it I did some, but not everything.
So you can check the PDF.
Basically though, you know, thumbs on the bass strings and index, middle, ring are on the trebles.
How about do it?
So let's get into this thing.
Start with the intro.
