Hello guys, this is AmosDollMusic and in today's lesson I'm going to teach you how to play
the Kahoot Lobby theme.
So check it out, I'll be teaching you the catchiest section of the song.
It goes like this, I'll give you a preview.
It goes like this.
Check it out.
[Eb]
[F] [Cm]
[Eb] [F]
[Cm] Okay, that's it.
Okay, let's get right into it.
So here we [B] go.
So let's break it up into four parts and learn it.
So it's specific kind of like voicing, specific left hand bass notes.
So it's kind of like two separate things.
This is not the typical melody and chord version that we do normally on this channel.
But anyway, here we go.
Let's get right into it.
So the first part right hand side, so the E flat and G together.
So middle C is here for reference.
So it's the E flat and G right here for [Eb] four times.
It's like this.
One, two, and then three, four.
And that's the first part for the right hand.
Okay, so remember that.
So it'll be easier if you use the second and fourth finger here on the E flat and G.
So it's like this.
One, two.
Okay, however, the rhythm goes like this.
So it goes one, two, three, four.
Like that, okay?
So pretty much they're like quaver beats because it's like two of these quaver notes per beat
you can hear.
So it's like.
Remember that for the right hand.
Once you do for the first part, the second part will be easy because it's actually the same notes.
But anyway, left hand, we [N] have these following bass notes.
Okay, so.
So on the low C here, so middle C is here.
We go up an octave to the C.
We go up another octave.
That's where we want that first [C] C to be.
So C and then up an octave to that higher C here.
[G] And then G.
Like that.
So three notes, [C] three bass notes for the left hand.
One more time for these three bass notes.
They are C up to the octave C above and [G] G.
Like that.
Just like that.
[C] So it's like this.
One, two, three, [G] four.
Like that.
So the last [C] G is on offbeat of that, yeah, half beat of that fourth last beat.
Okay, so yeah.
[G] Like that, okay?
So with that in mind, the two hands together goes like this.
So it goes here.
[Cm] Right hand comes in and then left hand comes in.
Right hand comes in.
And then the last note on the right hand with the last note [G] on the left hand.
Like that.
[Cm] Like that.
So it's like this.
[Gm] Like that.
Okay, so [C] it's like.
Left, [Cm] right, right, left, right, left, right, right, left, right, right, right, right, right,
Right [G] together.
Like that.
Just like that, [Cm] okay?
[D] Like that.
Okay, now moving on to the second part.
Right hand continues.
Okay, so once again, the right hand as I said before earlier, is actually the exact same
notes as the first part.
As I said before, [B] it's E flat and G together for four times in that rhythm as well.
So it's like one.
[Eb]
[B] Exactly the same as the first part for the right hand, [Eb] okay?
So remember that.
Okay, easy stuff because it's the same, okay?
However, [Bb] the left hand is different here.
We have two notes.
After the G here, we continue up to the B flat here.
[C] B flat, C.
Just like that.
Only two notes here for this left hand second part, okay?
So just B flat, C.
Remember it?
So once [N] you do, two hands together, it goes like this.
It goes, the two notes on the left hand comes first and then the right hand comes in.
So it's like B flat, C, [Eb] and then da-da-da-da.
[Bb] Like that.
Okay, pretty simple stuff.
So it's like that.
So it's like left, [Eb] left, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right,
right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right.
Like that.
It's like one, two, three, four. [E] Like that.
That's how you count it as well.
Okay?
So back to back, the [Cm] two parts we've learnt so far will be playing like this.
Check it out.
So it goes like this.
Like [B] that.
It's pretty flowing.
So that G to B flat, C actually flows in from the first part to the second part.
So it's quite important to [Cm] connect that, okay? Like this.
[Eb] [N] Nice and playful like that.
And that's the second part, first and second part in fact.
Okay, now moving on to the third part.
Third part changes up a little bit.
Right hand is the same rhythm but it changes to C and F.
The middle C plus the F.
[F] So for four times.
Like that.
But the same rhythm.
So it's like once again it's one, sorry, [Bm] sorry, sorry.
So you go [F] one, two, three, four.
Like that.
So one, two, three, [N] four.
Like that.
So that's the right hand.
Same rhythm, just different notes.
C, F.
Remember that for the third part, okay?
Once you do, left hand's really simple.
Two bass notes, just two of them are Fs, okay?
Middle C, C, [F] F.
That's the F.
So two of them are Fs.
So that's the right hand.
And it's pretty simple as well because the beats they are on is actually on the first
and third beat.
So it's like one, two, three, four.
So it's on the alternate beats to the right hand.
So it's like this.
One, two, three, four.
That is the third part for the two hands together.
So pretty [C] simple stuff.
So just remember on the alternate [F] beats.
Like this.
One, two, three, four.
Like that.
So I guess [A] this third part's probably the easiest part in terms of all the rhythm and
everything because yeah, very symmetrical there.
Okay, so the three parts we've played, learned so far.
We'll be playing [Cm] back to back like this.
Check it out.
[Eb] [F]
[Bb] Like that.
[F] That's that so far.
Moving on to the fourth and last part of this section.
Right hand, it goes, okay, it's kind of like a mixture between the second and third part.
So it goes C, F together for two times.
And then C, E flat.
Oh, actually not the same, okay?
And then it goes [Bb] C, E flat for two times.
Like [Eb] that, okay?
We haven't had C, E flat before.
My bad, so never mind.
So yeah, it's [C] just a little bit different.
So one more time.
So it's C, F for two times.
C, E flat for [Cm] two times.
Like that for the right hand, like that.
So same rhythm though.
So it's like [Fm] one, two, [Bb] three, four.
Like that, okay?
So [B] same rhythm, but just different notes and stuff, okay?
So one, two, [Bb] three, four.
Once you get that for the right hand there, left hand [N] we have the four bass notes here.
It goes, okay, middle C's here, go [G] down to C, starting on the G here.
It goes G, down to [D] E flat, down to D, down to [C] the low C, like that.
So those are the four bass notes for the left hand here.
So it goes G, E flat, D, C, like that.
Okay, [F] so yeah, the two hands together goes like this.
Okay, so this is interesting here.
So right hand starts first, second, one, C, F, and the G together.
[D] C and the C, E flat [C] together.
Like that.
The rhythm is a bit harder here because, yeah, it's in between, it's like wedged between,
syncopated between these [F] notes and everything, okay?
So it goes like this.
Together, together, [C] like that.
So [F] one, two, [D] three, [Cm] four.
Like that.
One more time.
So one, [F] two, [D] three, four.
[C] Like that, okay?
So that's that for the fourth part.
It'll make more sense if you play it back to back and stuff, okay?
So here we go.
The four parts we've learned in this lesson, we'll be playing it back to back like this.
Check it out.
[Cm]
[Eb] [F] [Cm]
Repeat.
[Eb] [F]
[Cm] Just like that, okay?
Okay, so that's pretty much it, okay?
So, yeah, go ahead, check out my cover for this song.
I actually [N] did the entire song, did all the sections.
There's actually a few sections to it.
This is the first section, the catchiest section that repeats itself, and there's like a second,

[Cm] Okay, that's it.
Okay, let's get right into it.

Okay, so yeah.
[G] Like that, okay?

As I said before, [B] it's E flat and G together for four times in that rhythm as well.

Okay?

C, F.

And then C, E flat.
Oh, actually not the same, okay?
And then it goes [Bb] C, E flat for two times.
Like [Eb] that, okay?
We haven't had C, E flat before.

C, E flat for [Cm] two times.

So [B] same rhythm, but just different notes and stuff, okay?

It goes, okay, middle C's here, go [G] down to C, starting on the G here.
It goes G, down to [D] E flat, down to D, down to [C] the low C, like that.
So those are the four bass notes for the left hand here.
So it goes G, E flat, D, C, like that.
Okay, [F] so yeah, the two hands together goes like this.
Okay, so this is interesting here.
So right hand starts first, second, one, C, F, and the G together.
_ [D] C and the C, E flat [C] together.
Like that.
The rhythm is a bit harder here because, yeah, it's in between, it's like wedged between,
syncopated between these [F] notes and everything, okay?
So it goes like this.
Together, together, [C] like that.
So [F] one, two, _ [D] three, [Cm] four.
[Cm] _ _ _
[Eb] _ _ [F] _ _ _ _ _ [Cm]
Repeat.
_ [Eb] _ _ _ [F] _ _ _
_ [Cm] _ Just like that, okay?
Okay, so that's pretty much it, okay?
So, yeah, go ahead, check out my cover for this song.
I actually [N] did the entire song, did all the sections.
There's actually a few sections to it.
This is the first section, the catchiest section that repeats itself, and there's like a second,
third, fourth, and fifth section, okay?
But it's pretty awesome.

It goes like this, I'll give you a preview.
It goes like this.
Check it out.
_ _ _ [Eb] _ _
[F] _ _ _ _ [Cm] _ _ _ _
_ [Eb] _ _ [F] _ _ _ _ _
One, two.
_ Okay, however, the rhythm goes like this.
So it goes one, two, three, four.
Like that, okay?
So pretty much they're like quaver beats because it's like two of these quaver notes per beat
you can hear.
So it's like.
_ _ Remember that for the right hand.
_ _ [G] Like that, okay?
So with that in mind, the two hands together goes like this.
So it goes here.
[Cm] Right hand comes in and then left hand comes in.
Right hand comes in.
And then the last note on the right hand with the last note [G] on the left hand.
Like that.
[Cm] Like that.
So it's like this.
_ _ [Gm] Like that.
Okay, so [C] it's like.
Left, [Cm] right, right, left, right, left, right, right, left, right, right, right, right, right,
Right [G] together.
Like that.
Just like that, [Cm] okay?
_ [D] Like that.
Okay, now moving on to the second part.
Right hand continues.
Okay, so once again, the right hand as I said before earlier, is actually the exact same
notes as the first part.
As I said before, [B] it's E flat and G together for four times in that rhythm as well.
So it's like one.
[Eb] _
_ [B] Exactly the same as the first part for the right hand, [Eb] okay?
So remember that. _
Like _ _ [B] that.
It's pretty flowing.
So that G to B flat, C actually flows in from the first part to the second part.
So it's quite important to [Cm] connect that, okay? Like this. _
_ [Eb] _ _ [N] Nice and playful like that.
_ _ _ [Eb] _ _ [F] _
_ [Bb] Like that.
