[Gb] [G] [F] Konnichiwa.
[Ab] Konnichiwa.
[Gm] Konnichiwa.
I am Kirk Wayland.
I am very, very excited [Fm] to recommend to you the instrument that I [G] bought in [F] 1989 [Eb] because I listened to the difference between the horn that I was [G] playing [Ab] and the Skyward.
I have loved it every time.
From time to time I try a different [N] horn.
But after all these years still, as I now try all these new [Abm] Skywards, [G] the fact remains that [Bb] I don't think there is an instrument, a [Abm] saxophone, that [C] plays as well [Bb] as this instrument.
And the [A] primary reason [Bb] is sound.
[F] [Ab] The person who, Julius [A] Coward, was really [Gm] intent on [G] producing the best sound.
The best sound.
[Eb] And really your [Ab] sound [Gm] is your voice.
That's your autograph.
[G] So if your [Gb] [Eb] autograph doesn't sound [D] like you, then that's [Gm] not good.
So the instrument, [B] it's funny right,
[Gm] A great [C]
[B] [Gm]
designer [Ab] endeavors to make an instrument that's so [A] good [D] that [N] it gets out of the way.
That is very difficult.
[Gb] [G] Because most people want to make an instrument that says, I will [Abm] make you sound like [N] this.
[Gb]
[Am] Making an instrument that makes [B] you sound like you.
[Gb] And that is very important [Cm] because after all [Gm] the years of practicing, you don't want to all of a sudden sound like somebody else.
[C] You should have power [Bb] because it just [Gm] completely gets out of the way and that's a very, very big [B] accomplishment on their part.
This is a great [Gb] instrument.
I highly [G] recommend it.
Once again, I bought mine.
They didn't give me a free one.
[Cm] Maybe someday they will.
But this is a great company.
[Am] A great [F]
[D] team [Bb] that makes sure that the [Eb] quality [Db] of every instrument is good.
So, welcome.
[Gb] Thank you.
