my grandma May and my grandpop Jack I was real close with all my grandparents.

the back of it not violently. _

really I never felt super comfortable uh _ _ _ in school _ [Ab] and uh and I would sit there and I would daydream
and I would draw on these notebooks _ band names that I hoped to someday be and I wish I still
had those notebooks [N] even though I bet they were terrible terrible band names but I would draw
pictures I used to like to draw this kind of uh wild picture of a T-Rex _ playing uh _ a fender
Stratocaster through an enormous Marshall stack [G] amplifier and I was I [B] was sort of devastated when
I read [N] some article that they believe that the T-Rex did not actually look like that but [D] they
somehow fucked [Db] up the bones when they put [D] them together _ much like much like when NASA came out
and [Bm] said that my favorite planet [Ab] Pluto is not out of the blue.

because it was breaking my [Gm] heart

following those kinds of rules so I just [Ab] look forward to getting older and I look forward to
every other weekend Grandma Mae [Eb] and Grandpa Jack picking us up and taking [Ab] us to Longport New Jersey
and if we were [N] lucky man every once in a while we go to the amusement park or to the beach out in
Ocean City _ and then as I got older I wound up in this little high school _ and there I met to my
mother she said stay away from three things she said stay away from drugs _ I was a little boy she
said son stay away from [E] drugs I said all right mom [Ab] heard that I've seen the egg frying on [N] the
commercial _ I said number two _ _ [B] _ [E] number two you gotta stay away [N] from booze I thought _ let a boy live a
