[G#] Hey, how you doing?
It's Robin Nolan here.
[B] I'm going to talk a little [G#] bit about and show you a few [F#] little ideas
[F] Extra [E] ideas apart from just playing the regular rhythm chords.
[F] So the tune [E] jat Andre
Which [D] Django played and it's actually [E] the film of Django the only film with in sync
Music [D#] and [A] fingers is the recording of him with Stefan and the [G#] quintet doing jat Andre
So it's in the repertoire.
It's good one to learn and I'm just [G#m] going to show you some kind of chord [G] ideas
Which you might [F#] use as being a lead player, but anyways [F] good to know some extra chords
[G#m] I'm basically going to base them around the bottom of the [F] neck here.
So near near to the headstock
Maybe use some open notes [E] and just some different [A] ideas
So it's in [C] C.
So so C chord
For example, [G] yeah, so instead of [F] borrowing that [C] one's
[F] The a we leave the G [E] open because you're down there and G fits into [C] C chord.
So
Okay
[B]
It goes down to the b7 there [G] why not use [E] the good old
[B] Good old [Em] blues
[B]
[E] The good old b7 which we all learn when we first start playing [B] guitar b7
[Em] so so far we've [G] got
[B]
[Am]
[C] [B] [C]
Then we got a diminished chord there [F#] which will lead us nicely to the D minor we can use it [A] right there
All right the [F#m] second fret [E] diminished
[D#]
[A] So [F#m] so far we've got let's do it in time.
So it's kind of [Em] going like
[C]
[B] [Em]
[G#] Yeah, then it's a D minor [F] nice one here
You see that so I'm [G] borrowing on the third [F] fret and [G] then with the third [E] and fourth finger
Playing those two [F] notes
[Dm]
[F] And that's a nice kind of idea because you can surround it with [A] [Dm]
which actually fits the song
D minor kind of chord.
[E] Well, it's D minor [Dm] chord and
[D] Then surrounding by the diminished one we just [A] played before it and then up three [F#] frets as you know
[A]
[G] Up three [F] frets then back to the D [Dm] minor so you can surround [E] that D [A] minor chord with a couple [E] of crispy diminished
Chords around it.
So so in context of the [G] tune again, so
[C] [G]
[B] [C] [G]
[A] [Dm] [A]
Yeah, [F#] and then you're back to the D minor where it's [F] gonna descend
Any [F#] a nice one here is the D minor [Bm] six there [Dm] second fret you see that [Bm] one?
[F]
It's pink the root D at the [C#] top
[A] going down with
Plain the the [F#] a in the [F] bass there
[Bm]
[A]
Okay, so so far we've [F] got
[C]
[B] [A]
[F]
[C#]
[G] Often quite [F#] often this kind of music if you got a two five one [F] D minus seven
[Dm]
Setting up [C] three [Dm]
[F] fingers G7 type
[G]
Yeah, so so far we've got
[C]
[B]
[C] Meaning
[A]
[F]
Descending there.
[G] Yeah, so there's a few little
[F] Tasters of what you can do with with the jet Andre
So if I was doing it kind of what if the rhythm if the rhythm [F#m] section was playing you might kind of go
[A]
[B] [A] [F]
[A]
[F] [C#m]
[C] Yeah, [F] so yeah get those on your fingers and you can have fun with those [F#] and there's lots more to come see you later
It's Robin Nolan here.
[B] I'm going to talk a little [G#] bit about and show you a few [F#] little ideas
[F] Extra [E] ideas apart from just playing the regular rhythm chords.

[B] [A]
[F]
[C#]
[G] Often quite [F#] often this kind of music if you got a two five one [F] D minus seven
[Dm]
Setting up [C] three [Dm]

[G]
