And he brought three doctors with him and his wife

_ [C] the furthest things from our mind
[Eb] But you have [F] cancer and where this cancer is it has wrapped itself around your lungs
It's wrapped yourself or itself around your [Gm] heart.
It's just slowly squeezing all the oxygen out of [C] you.
We [Cm] can't operate _
But we don't want to send you home [F] to die
_ We're gonna start chemo on you
But we want to tell you right now Alan _ _ _

And you know everywhere we went in those three weeks every church and every concert

We had the people call out Alan's name before the Lord asked for a [Cm] special touch on his behalf
He went back three weeks later.
They took a new chest x-ray before they [G] administered the chemotherapy

What else is worse than what they've already told me, you know, they brought a [F] specialist into the room and he looked up there
